For fear of being 'ambushed' by Republican "lynchmobs," Democratic congressman Brian Baird (WA-3) said he refuses to hold in person town hall meetings over the summer month long congressional recess.
Citing the G.O.P.'s "Brown Shirt tactics" as the impetus for his decision, Baird told the Columbian he will instead hold a telephone town hall.

I’m sure the Democrats will be coming out with a strongly worded denouncement of Baird using Nazi imagery to criticize us, just like they did with Rush...
Tried calling the good congressman’s number.
His mailbox is full! LOL

They’d ought to be sore afraid, IMO. It’s well past time that these elitist gasbags were reminded that they work for their constituents, not the 0bamunists.
Their obligation is to represent the interests of those same constituents, not blindly join the anointed ones’ mad march to marxism.
It’s time to take back the country.
“lynchmobs”
Ahhhhhhhh, yes, Democraps. Make SURE you evoke those ‘racial connotations’ wherever you can, dears.
This is such an old tactic, accusing your opponents of that which you yourself are doing. The Obama Admin and the Dems know that there are now frequent comparisons being made to their regime and that of Hitler’s regime. One set of thugs immitating another, Chicago thugs immitating Hitler’s brownshirts.
Following the theory that the best defense is an offense, the brownsh.... err, Lib Dems, are now accusing the Pubs of that which they themselves are, Fascists. The question is, will the public at large fall for it, or see through it for the obvious deception it is. Do you believe the elderly and middle class family types attending the town halls, or do you believe the current thug regime and its minions who continuously lie through their teeth with impunity, meaning they are assisted by the vast majority of the MSM.
I hope John Q Public has figured out that their way of life is in mortal danger.
People are mad, and this is just the catalyst to propel us to finally take back this country. In other words we have sat back and became apathetic over the years when all the new gov't agencies were put into place, while we watched a small minority of protestors get all they things that they want at our expense, and just said OH Well! no longer, Government needs to be downsized big time. Those bastraps have ruined so many peoples lives with this mess, 10% unemployment people who want to work, 34M on welfare who don't want to work and suck up what is left of our money. Get rid of the Dept of Education, Nat'l Endowment for the Arts, and all many other of the Dept's of..... that entrude on our personnel life as well as the morality of this country.
This movement is BIG, and getting bigger, they can laugh at us, ridicule us, we will not be stopped and we are coming, Get Ready Congress.
How many administrations in the past 200 years are defined by a symbol? (other than Barack's)
When a Congressman hasn’t read the bill, he can’t answer the questions and address the concerns of the citizenry.
Nah, Acorn and Code Pink are more like the Brownshirts.
I thought that meeting one’s constituents face-to-face was what politicians did. What will he do when election time comes around, just sit in his office next to the telephone?
The people in every congressional district should hold their own town hall meetings, and hold them regularly. Let the Congessional pimps of the election industry talk to each other on the phone!
They are ALL raving mad!! Projection is one thing, this is pure insanity!
It is getting so bad, I fear we need a truck load of straight jackets and as many ambulances, not to mention about two floors at Belleview, to get them out of our capital!
Someone needs to dress up in a chicken suit and shadow this clown during the recess ...
What a coawrd. Does he know he will not be re-elected? LOL!
Ping!
