A document unveiled by a California attorney in her quest to determine President Obama's place of birth has been condemned as a forgery by critics who deride as nonsense the challenges that have been raised to the president based on the U.S. Constitution's demand that the Oval Office occupant be a "natural born" citizen.
But those on the other side, who would like to see the original documentation of Obama's birth place revealed, say there are factors that indicate the Kenyan birth document could be real.
WND reported when the document was submitted to a California court by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has managed several of the high-profile cases challenging Obama's eligibility to be president.
Then yesterday, Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., raised the dispute to the floor of that august body, protesting in a speech added to the Congressional Record that the dispute was not worth one minute of time.

Great job P. But will the GOP “sink to these lows”. They didn’t do a thing about obambi’s cocaine and homosexuality abuse.
Of course if it is proved true, the GOP will jump all over it.....or would they be so balless as to say it was..... too late now?
Whatever happened to obambi paternal granny in Kenya who says that she was present at the birth IN KENYA?
I just stumbled into a whole mess of support for the idea that the coastal province sought autonomy and was very fearful of being incorporated into the country of Kenya.
More than is in those threads.
This status only lasted at most 6 month but it covers the time in question for the doc.
There’s still no support at all for the idea that the country of kenya considered itself a republic at the time, but for this 10 mile coastal strip yes. I haven’t heard or come across this province calling itself “Republic of Kenya” yet, but they did seek autonomy and wanted their flag side by side with the country one.
Anyway it’s really confusing and hard to sort out what is going on with this strip... The country of Kenya didn’t agree with what was going on there at the time, the president of the strip was essentially the leader of the rebellion against the main kenyan govt... and it was protectorate of Kenya leased from zanzibar but still governed by kenya even though it isn’t technically within the bounds of kenyan territory... what a mess
I'm afraid your post only displays your profound lack of understanding of the facts. PLEASE do at least a LITTLE bit of research.
Kenya declared independence in December of 1963. The Constitution established at that time did not refer to Kenya as either the "Dominion of Kenya" (as it had been) or as the "Republic of Kenya" (as it would be in the future).
Kenya, in its 1963 constitution, referred to itself simply as "Kenya."
It was not until December of 1964 that Kenya was declared a Republic.
Now it's true that there was some event with a Kenyan politician in June of that year making an attempt to call Kenya a Republic.
But BOTH of those events were months AFTER the February date on the supposed Kenyan birth certificate.
You further displayed your TOTAL lack of ANY research or understanding whatsoever on this matter by claiming proof of a Kenyan newspaper referring to Kenya as the Republic of Kenya in November of 1963:
Furthermore there is a newspaper article dated November 15, 1963 that refers to itself as the REPUBLIC of Kenya... Maybe the newspaper reporter was a 'prophet' since by your line of reasoning Kenya couldn't possibly refer to itself as a republic yet!
Yes, it's apparently true that an article in the Oswego Palladium-Times referred to two students from "the Republic of Kenya."
This was published in the Palladium-Times, in Oswego... NEW YORK!
The fact that a small-town American newspaper referred to Kenya as "the Republic of Kenya" no more made Kenya a Republic than some little small-town know-nothing American newspaper referring to South Korea as "the People's Republic of South Korea" would make South Korea Communist.
And when I say "small town..." Oswego had a population of barely 18,000... at the LAST census. I don't know what the population was in 1963, but I'll bet it was considerably less than that.
If you're going to try and sway people's opinions, PLEASE have at least a FAINT clue as to what you're talking about.
And if you can't be bothered to dig even a little bit for the honest truth, or if your personal agenda comes before the actual truth, then maybe you should leave the arguments to others.
Sorry if that comes across as a bit harsh, but honestly, it took hardly any research at all to confirm that all of your claims were completely false.

See post 218. Look up in the blue margin on the top right side. That is a pic. of the code for a document connected to Bromford site. Richard Bromford is revealed as a member of DU. My head is spinning trying to keep all the clues together, but that is what I’ve gleaned from many revealing posts.
1961, That's more than two years before Kenya gained independence -- it was a colonial holding of Britain then. NO one thought of Kenya as a republic at the time. The newspaper account is simple error.
By the way have you heard of The Chillicothe Constitution Tribune? Be honest.
I showed you in black and white. You didn't click on the link? In the middle top of page. Here it is again for your convenience.

Don't forget to zoom in Sparky.
None that we know of. Loxton is the name of the so-called mother on the fake Bromford b.c.
If Richard Bomford has been shown to be a member of DU, that would be very interesting indeed, but I haven't seen that so far.
I hope so. I read / watch very little MSM, but it appears that they jumped on the Bomford as proof. We should nail down a disproof of Bomford, and stick it to the MSM every time they want to mock.
We should nail down our proof with the best links possible. Arguably the best would be a south australian government site which states that south australia did not use a book / page filing system in 1964. Even better would be an official statement saying that south australia never even had a “certified copy of registration of birth”. We haven’t even looked into that possibility yet.
If it turns out that there’s no such thing as a “certified copy of registration of birth”, well, we could have much fun with that little fact.
The only decisive proof is for an official Government Certified copy of the subject “Book and Page” be hand carried (Registered mail might do) to a court of competent juris diction. An intact chain of custody. This is what Orly Tate is asking for in the pleading.
We are told that the Judge in this case is a man of honor. A man of honor could not refuse such a plea. Until then, all of this is “moot” meaning “arguable, but without any effect,”
On a more serious note: it has really been fun to watch our great "think tank" here at the Free Republic run through all the possibilities and who, what, when, where, why, how, etc. That's one of my favorite things about this place, is how quick of a resource it is for gathering information. :) I love you all! Keep digging, and expose the truth no matter what it is, or what side it supports.
Agendas be damned! Let's just find the truth. :)
Love you all!
Can you find somewhere a south australian “certified copy of registration of birth”? Or any australian birth doc with a book and a page on it?
Not my problem you can’t believe your lying eyes.
He seems to be a graphic artist from the U.K. and a pretty damn good one too. ;-)
Where's your proof of this?
You state that as if it were fact. All we have is an ANONYMOUS allegation.
By the same token, O J Simpson is a former KGB sleeper agent from the Ukraine. How do I know?
Because the KGB Record of Internal Dynamics, 1972 edition, says so - right on page 463.
I’m reading this thread. I want to read the original document that says “lavender was the registrar”. I want a link to that. Texasdarlin says ain’t enough.
We have a wonderful opportunity to nail the MSM.
I think we should use facts that only a negligent journalist would miss. I don’t myself yet know how to determine if south australia used a book / page system. But a non-negligent journalist would be able to determine that.
I’d want, first “South Australia has never had a document called “certified copy of registration of birth””
If we can nail that fact (I have no clue about whether that’s true or not) we can wail on the MSM who called the Kenyan doc a fake based on the Bomford doc.
I’d like to be able to go on a MSM message board (I probably wouldn’t, but still) and be able to say “We can’t prove whether the Kenyan doc is legit yet, but what we can prove is that you really really suck at journalism. Didn’t you bother to determine whether there even was a “certified copy of registration of birth” in South Australia” I would like to say that to the MSM, if it turns out to be true.
We could call the Bomford doc a proven fake to our satisfaction and move on, but I think that it might be better to really nail the MSM.
I know you generally know what's going on here, but I would like to correct you on just one small point. It wasn't Nevada. The Palladium-Times is published in the small town of Oswego, NEW YORK.
Look it up...
