I'm afraid your post only displays your profound lack of understanding of the facts. PLEASE do at least a LITTLE bit of research.
Kenya declared independence in December of 1963. The Constitution established at that time did not refer to Kenya as either the "Dominion of Kenya" (as it had been) or as the "Republic of Kenya" (as it would be in the future).
Kenya, in its 1963 constitution, referred to itself simply as "Kenya."
It was not until December of 1964 that Kenya was declared a Republic.
Now it's true that there was some event with a Kenyan politician in June of that year making an attempt to call Kenya a Republic.
But BOTH of those events were months AFTER the February date on the supposed Kenyan birth certificate.
You further displayed your TOTAL lack of ANY research or understanding whatsoever on this matter by claiming proof of a Kenyan newspaper referring to Kenya as the Republic of Kenya in November of 1963:

Yes, it's apparently true that an article in the Oswego Palladium-Times referred to two students from "the Republic of Kenya."
This was published in the Palladium-Times, in Oswego... NEW YORK!
The fact that a small-town American newspaper referred to Kenya as "the Republic of Kenya" no more made Kenya a Republic than some little small-town know-nothing American newspaper referring to South Korea as "the People's Republic of South Korea" would make South Korea Communist.
And when I say "small town..." Oswego had a population of barely 18,000... at the LAST census. I don't know what the population was in 1963, but I'll bet it was considerably less than that.
If you're going to try and sway people's opinions, PLEASE have at least a FAINT clue as to what you're talking about.
And if you can't be bothered to dig even a little bit for the honest truth, or if your personal agenda comes before the actual truth, then maybe you should leave the arguments to others.
Sorry if that comes across as a bit harsh, but honestly, it took hardly any research at all to confirm that all of your claims were completely false.

O gee then that settles it. Our Declaration of Independence must also be a forgery by your reasoning since we dared to call ourselves the United States of America before while we were still under British dominion.
