Birthers Proven Right: Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate Found

For about a year now there has been a great deal of debate about whether or not President Barack Obama is truly a natural born American citizen. According to the Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 1, “No person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of president.” The Obama campaign and administration have always claimed that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Certificate of Live Birth was presented by the Obama campaign showing that Obama is an American citizen[1]; however, Hawaiian law didn’t require Obama to actually have been born in Hawaii in order to obtain this registration.[2] This, among other things, has created a public outcry – from a group now referred to as “birthers” – for Obama to show his long form birth certificate, which would disclose information such as which hospital he was born in, who delivered him, etc. that would solidify the fact that he actually was born in America. The Obama campaign and administration have failed to present this document to anyone. Instead, they have been suppressing the issue using two tactics: hiring lawyers to defend him against the legal dilemma – such as lawyer Perkins Coie, who was paid $688,316[3] – and creating the ignorant propaganda, repeated by many liberals, that anyone who questions Obama’s eligibility is weird, crazy or racist. The liberal mainstream media has propagated the latter tactic through news broadcasts, such as Nightly News with Brian Williams, which incorrectly assert that Obama has proven his eligibility.[4]

My reply to O’Reilly:
You are IGNORANT about the Obama eligibility issue. Anything you say about it is just BLOVIATING. If you had investigated this issue as I have for over a year you might have a different opinion. Joseph Farah is correct. Your investigators never got any birth certificate and you know it. All you got was the same FAKE COLB or the photos at factcheck.org that ANYONE can get on the internet and that I have stored on my computer. So why did you LIE?

It’s not just about the birth certificate either. Obama is INELIGIBLE (that means he is not ALLOWED) to be president according to article II, section 1, clause 5 of the constitution. Do you even KNOW what a “QUOTE” “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” means? It ONLY applies to people who would be president. It is not mentioned in the 14th amendment, it is NOT the same thing as “citizen at birth”, or “native born citizen”. SPECIAL requirements apply to being president. Vattels “Law of Nations” (the book used to found our government) spells it out as being born on U.S. soil, (Panama NEVER was U.S. soil) to parents (PLURAL) (that would be two) who are citizens (plural) at the time of the child’s birth. Only the president, because he is also “commander in chief”, must be a “Natural Born Citizen” having no loyalties to foreign lands or governments. His father was a Kenyan making him a British subject as well as making Obama a British subject as posted on Obama’s OWN WEBSITE (”fight the smears.com”).

A tremendous FRAUD was perpetrated on the American people by allowing this man to be elected president. We can not allow this to stand. He is an illegitimate president, a presidential bastard. The truth WILL come out and you will have exposed yourself to be a fool.

You lost a lot of credibility with me when you let Obama ROLL you for that interview. Your integrity out the window. Now giving this usurper cover just as his lies and ineligibility are about to be exposed. Shame on you Bill. Shame. Your credibility with me is now ZERO. So why should I continue to watch your program? I guess I won’t.

I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya. I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put on by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the “copy” of the original was ordered. I stress the word “copy.” My copy also has republic of Kenya. So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama’s birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered. The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets. Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground. It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world. I encourage anyone to come here and visit. I will be happy to take you and show you the pictures at the hospital myself as well as my document and many others that are identical to what Taitz posted. God Bless. Kitau

The landmark US Supreme Court testing the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment was the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark from 1898. In a 6-2 decision the Supreme Court held that the Chinese immigrant Wong Kim Ark was a citizen at birth under the Fourteenth Amendment. A child born in the United States of parents of foreign descent who, at the time of the child’s birth are subjects of a foreign power but who have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States and are carrying on business in the United States, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under a foreign power, and are not members of foreign forces in hostile occupation of United States territory, becomes a citizen of the United States at the time of birth.

But they were legal residents of the US. SCOTUS has never ruled on whether the 14th amendment citizenship applies to the children of illegal aliens born in the US.

Panama has never been US soil, that is true. However, US bases (and diplomatic posts), and their attached HOSPITALS most certainly ARE considered US soil by US and international law, so your attempt at equating McLame with the usurper is a non-starter.

There is also the fact that McLame’s mother was a natural born citizen, and his father (also natural born) was a RANKING OFFICER in the US NAVY, on active duty at the time of birth.

And Hawaii, at the time, had a provision to give a birth certificate for an unattended birth based upon attestation of witnesses and proof of the mother's residence in Hawaii.

And of course Her proof of residence in Hawaii was someone else house in the newspaper's birth announcements.
