For about a year now there has been a great deal of debate about whether or not President Barack Obama is truly a natural born American citizen. According to the Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 1, No person except a natural born citizen
shall be eligible to the office of president. The Obama campaign and administration have always claimed that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Certificate of Live Birth was presented by the Obama campaign showing that Obama is an American citizen[1]; however, Hawaiian law didnt require Obama to actually have been born in Hawaii in order to obtain this registration.[2] This, among other things, has created a public outcry from a group now referred to as birthers for Obama to show his long form birth certificate, which would disclose information such as which hospital he was born in, who delivered him, etc. that would solidify the fact that he actually was born in America. The Obama campaign and administration have failed to present this document to anyone. Instead, they have been suppressing the issue using two tactics: hiring lawyers to defend him against the legal dilemma such as lawyer Perkins Coie, who was paid $688,316[3] and creating the ignorant propaganda, repeated by many liberals, that anyone who questions Obamas eligibility is weird, crazy or racist. The liberal mainstream media has propagated the latter tactic through news broadcasts, such as Nightly News with Brian Williams, which incorrectly assert that Obama has proven his eligibility.[4]

Not the case.
Actually, it's possible to authenticate it without the finding the original BC. A clerk's log or other tracking means for this document could be used for authentication. A first hand statement, as in Mr. Lavender, an issuer would be a powerful enough for a judge to allow it as evidence. And a body of experts who agree that the document is authentic.
Well these things could swing either way politicaly.
What is for sure is that it is one thing to be relatively wrong or incompetent, and that is what politics shoul be about: we do not necessarily elect the best but a workable lot (like betamax vs. VHF).
However big problems arise when the political “oponent” is actualy battling demons and the truth itself. We go into the realm of absolute incompetence regardless of the opposition. Liberal/Marxists are like that, they cultivate an unusual politics of personal frustration against reality and truth.
This should really give pause to Mr. Reid and the mental illness he and his cohorts are suffering from.
Are the birthers pushing it? They have their reasons enough. The log in the liberals’ eye is really the problem, and winning elections against soft trickable people is easy, but truth is a hard rock wall I expect liberals to autistically beat their heads to bleeding death against.
Liberals hit their heads on walls. They are ill.
1. they think and portray right wingers as some ravaged worshipers of Bush. Hence the Bush bashing and the Obamamessiah movement.
2. They think we are crazed obsessed birthers who cannot see reality outside of that, Again, we are not crazy about this idea in and of itself as they would be themselves if the tables were reversed.
These people are not normal.
LMAO Yeah, and I’m Santa Claus.
Joker poster - creeps me out.
“Joker poster - creeps me out”
I like it...it says so much...disturbing..iconic..
The Kenyan is always wearing a mask, this add color.
I’m going to anonymously post them here in the east. Freak em out.
I think it might be because Clinton is Secretary of State. Requesting Kenya to validate the BC is a diplomatic issue, not a bureaucratic one.
No doubt your pet reindeer is lonely.
Once you're done with that, you can pop your handiwork into some sort of drawing program (e.g. Photoshop) and wrap it up.
The technological revolution has come in these matters, so just because it looks like typing doesn't mean it is.
US citizens, of course, wouldn't be required to be listed on such a visa, but here the law is clear. The question of Obama's claim on citizenship rests initially with his father's status, the legal requirement to be listed on his visa, and whether or not anyone has yet taken action to do so.
Whatever else is involved, the mother wasn't yet 19, and there are legal challenges resting on that problem.
We don't even have to have him born abroad (in Kenya or wherever) to question his citizenship.
If, however, they fail to produce the other examples, Ill have to start thinking unkind thoughts about this form # 44O47.
better look at the double take at the top of fr.
Only if you agree that Obama is a “citizen by birth”. At the time he was born his father, a foreigner, was here as a student on a student visa. The law then required that he LIST any children born in the USA on his visa.

BTW, the "agencies of government" do not rule from the Constitution ~ just the statutes and court decisions, so the 14th Amendment is not involved in any of this.
The “anchor babies” are declared citizens through action of an erroneous interpretation of law. That same State Department letting in the Mexicans for so many years had earlier administered the law far differently.

Using that Supreme Court decision as our guide, it's pretty obvious that Obama, as his father's son, had no claim to American citizenship.
HAVE YA’LL READ THE COMMENT SECTION!!!!! IT IS AUTHENIC...
Carl says: "I can't identify myself here because I'd lose my job. I'm a low level employee of the US State Department attached to the Overseas Service and I just finished a conference call with two lawyers in London and two journalists from Politico.com who all stated that they just left a late meeting at the London Foreign Office and they were assured that "The Kenyan birth certificate is without question, 100% authentic." I'm not surprised."

Jason says: kitau says: "I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya. I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put on by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the "copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy." My copy also has republic of Kenya."
