Agreed completely. That's why I think the Birth Register form is so important in this mess. The form provided to the parents may or may not have all the information, but the form provided to the parents could not have more information than was in the register form.
For instance, I would imagine the name of the doctor would probably be recorded in their record books, but it’s not included on the forms.
Exactly, take a look at items 3 and 4 (midwife / doctor) within block 8 of the registry form.
BTW...I’m still very agnostic on this whole issue here...I’m just throwing out questions and thoughts as they come about and believe that we should all take a kind of wait and see attitude regarding the authenticity of what’s been posted.

Yes, you're exactly right. There have been other cases that have touched on the issue in a peripheral way, but never one that addressed this central issue directly. Ark v. US, comes closest. And, I think it can be fairly said that the majority opinion in that case does go quite a long way in narrowing or clarifying what "natural-born" actually means. And, in their definition, Obama would be eligible. But, they don't go all the way.
As I said to another poster on this thread. It's my opinion that Obama doesn't qualify (assuming he's born in the States), but I could argue the position that he does with equal force and perhaps even more substantiation in case law. But, as the framers wrote and intended, I don't believe he qualifies. Unfortunately, that standard is not always the law of the land.

What it shows me is that you are not in a place to make a judgement either way. Like me. I am not a believer in anything. I am interested in WND’s claim that Orly’s document matches REAL documents from the period they have acquired. But I am also interested in the doubts spread throughout the thread.
I don’t see how you can be so sure, without seeing the orginal document and having it examined by an expert. You also have to know where it orginated to judge it’s validity. I can’t say until that is done because circumstanial evidence provided by Orly, you and others, won’t do.
I have to wait and see for my own standards of “proof.” I find it amazing that you are so sure it is all fake at this point. And even if the document is fake, Bambam has to provide his documents and history to prove otherwise and for historian research.

You are really slow, aren’t you. The article used the term in the process of reporting that people in Kenya were using the term. The people using the term were Kenyans. The London TImes reported what they said.

Just a very long-time lurker who hasn’t posted since the previous e-mail changed. Felt it was necessary to correct the gross misinformation. Orly Taitz was explicit in taking no position regarding the authenticity of the document. It also needs to be noted the document is not purported to be a Kenyan birth certificate. It clearly states in its title that it is a copy used like the Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth (COLB) to report there is supposed to be an original birth certificate document on file in the government’s offices. If the document is authentic, a court will be able to specify exactly where and what records may be discovered for a court proceeding. If the document is false, the court may or may not use its discretion to authorize the procdures of discovery to produce the authentic document/s wherever they are located. Either way, there may be an opportunity to move the legal proceedings one or more steps closer to the goal of securing legal evidence regarding the eligibility issue.

Then she should not have gone rushing off to court at the very first opportunity waving it around saying "look what I've got now!!" If she was a serious person, she would would be doing the legwork herself to find out the veracity of the document instead of demanding that the courts force the Kenyan government and American State Department to do everything for her.
