Freepers: in preparing for radio shows and appearances, I need some information. Yes, it's here (someplace) on FR, usually buried in a myriad of links. So I'm asking your help to get some concise and clear answers on some "birther" issues:
1) Is there a difference between a "Certificate of Live Birth" and a "Birth Certificate?" If so, what are the specific differences, and can a non-U.S. citizen obtain either or both?
2) Was, or was not, Pakistan on the State Department's "banned travel" list when Obama went there. This has been asserted and denied. Can anyone provide a list of such states from "da gubment" on the date in question?
3) In the noise and confusion, I have heard that a) the Hawaiian records were destroyed in 2001 or 2002; that b) the birth certificate exists; or c) a copy of the birth certificate exists. Which is it?
4) Is such personal information on a public figure subject to FOIA? (I know, it would take years, even if it was, but just asking).
5) What officials have claimed to have actually seen this, and would they know what to look for (if they inspected it at all?)

The obama file is pretty comprehensive- I’d ask the author where he got the information that Ann obtaned a COLB for her daughter
Do you have evidence for either of these - that she was in Kenya or that she was denied a flight? I've read this as a speculation, but never seen evidence cited.
I am defensive because you are being disingenuous. You couldnt have been following this like you claim and NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT MARRIAGE.
It is pretty well established that there was a LUO marriage to Kezia.
If you want to call all of these sources LIARS, including the first wife, then do so but don’t pretend the information isn’t out there.
I’ve asked on threads several times, and only been able to trace it back to Techdude’s claim. As I mentioned, he’s long since been discredited.
Let’s see the documentation, link, reference...ANYTHING.

There shouldn’t be a need for me to post you PROOF about this marriage because if you have been following this as you claim THEN YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT IT.
However, last night I gave you a link to the interview of the first wife.
First hand knowledge with a lot of other documentation to back it up.
There is a history of documentation of a LUO marriage between the two. It is not something that someone just made up. One of the parties that is still living has said they were married.
You have to provide information that says she WASN”T married because her marriage is recognized by Kenyan law.

I agree this stuff is really good. I did not see in this, however, any answer to the question, “Why was there a newspaper announcement of the birth?” That couldn’t have been faked.
Well, I just went through the “obamafile’s” analysis, and it’s pretty damning. There is such an easy way to end all this, and it’s the ONLY thing Obama isn’t doing, making public the “vault” birth certificate, and not a COLB.

Ann Dunham’s passport records from 1961 would clear up this whole rumor and make it go away if it was invalid, wouldn’t they? Of course wouldn’t her parents have had to consent to her leaving the country, as a minor. Wonder where the records are.
How would you know if such a vault birth certificate was real or a forgery?

The birth announcement was “discovered” on July 22, 2008, ten days from the date of the death of the long-time owner of the property at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, one Mrs. Lefforge.
The announcement was located in the Honolulu public library microfilm (microfiche) of a notice placed in the Sunday Advertiser Aug. 13, 1961. The announcement in the “Births, Marriages, Death” section read: “Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4.”
Now, look at the address on Obama’s birth announcement? According to the birth announcement, Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, (Sr.) resided at 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy. There should be other links that connect their stay at that address. There is no documentation or corroborating evidence that they ever lived at that address or were associated with that home.
The owners of the residence located at 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy, the alleged address of Obama’s parents when he was born, was Orland S. and Thelma S. (Young) Lefforge, both of whom are deceased.
In 1961 the Stanley and Madelyn Dunham lived on Kamehameha Avenue. Obama Sr. lived on 11th Avenue. The Lefforge family, including their 3 children under the age of seven were residing at the luxury home listed on Obama’s birth announcement — 6085 Kalanianaole Highway.
Beatrice Arakaki affirmed she was a neighbor of the address listed. She has lived at her current residence of 6075 Kalanianaole Highway from before 1961 to the present. Mrs. Arakaki said that Obama, his ‘mama,’ and his ‘papa’ never lived there. Arakaki told investigators that she had no recollection of Obama being born or of the family living next door having a black child born to a white mother.
Dr. Robert Allan Nordyke joined the Straub Clinic, located at 7192 Kalanianaole Highway Honolulu, HI 96825, on April 11, 1960. He was a pioneer in nuclear medicine.
I suppose it’s just a coincidence that his wife, Eleanor Nordyke, pops up and says she gave birth to twins on the same day in the same hospital, then the birth announcement shows the same street address as her husband’s clinic? And the twins birth was never announced at all? A physician and his wife give birth to twins and there’s no announcement?
Where is the birth announcement for the Nordyke twins, who both turned up in Obama’s kindergarten class? Were their names eventually removed and another name substituted in the same space?
Want me to fly to Kenya and interview this lady that claims they were married?

And Satindoll posted yesterday that she read earlier that Obama’s birth announcement in the paper was ‘spliced’ into the place where the Nordyke announcement was. Anyone else read that?
Then I threw my own conspiracy theory out there and speculated that the Nordyke’s were actually triplets and one died. Obama paid for the registry # and the spot in the microfiche and the use of the address, apparently.

You know, determining the authenticity of a document would be up to the court it was submitted to as evidence, wouldn’t it?
Maybe even the hustler zerO, with his Harvard law education, gets the buckwheats at the thought of submitting into a court of law, a document he would know to be fraudulent ....
In another thread there is speculation that Frank Davis
