Rumors questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship have been circulating since the first part of 2008, when opponents of the Democratic nominee — including many supporters of Democratic primary candidate and now Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — floated rumors that Obama did not meet the citizenship requirements to become president of the United States as set forth in the Constitution.
These opponents claim Obama is ineligible because he was — they allege — not born in the United States.
Various theories of where President Obama’s birth may have occurred have failed to produce any documentation that suggests he was born overseas. An alleged Kenyan birth figures prominently in one popular theory; a lesser known theory places his birth in Vancouver, British Columbia. Another theory accepts that he was born in Hawaii as a natural born citizen, but then argues that the Indonesian citizenship he gained as a child after moving to be with his mother and stepfather in Indonesia stripped him of his U.S. citizenship because Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship (Indonesian law regarding dual citizenship is irrelevant in the United States).
Last week, a lawsuit filed by a U.S. Army Reserve major questioning Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president gained notoriety for several days when the Army canceled his deployment, prompting his attorney to declare victory in the case. ..

I’m less interested in the BC and the place of his birth than I am in the identity of his father, his father’s citizenship, information in his medical records, information in his college applications and transcripts, information on his passport applications, information on post-graduate writings, and on his employment experience.

Barack Obama and the media are currently acting very stupidly. They can't seem to get a grasp on the difference between a certification of live birth and a "birth certiificate."

Yes, we should as a nation demand that all future presidential candidates release ALL Medical Records and ALL College Transcripts.
However, U.S. Passport records would not contain all that much information except for what was on the documentation used in the application process.
I am appalled that our judiciary are sooooo morally weak that they simply will not stand up to do what is right. I am disgusted with our representatives across the nation who **ignored** Obama’s qualifications when they had the opportunity to do so. I am infuriated at Rush, Hannity, Medved et al ( and now Ann Coulter) who have the collective gonads of a dust mite.
But...I far more saddened for another reason. Why? Because all of this is a symptom of something far greater.
Our experiment in self-rule rests upon a foundation of moral and honest good will. We now have a very significant portion of the population ( Marxist) who are determined to scam the system. Worse, we have a population of Useful Idiots who are sooooo morally numb that they will follow morally corrupt leaders off a communist cliff. And,...The most serious of all is we don't have conservative with moral and honest guts to fight back!
Yes, we must demand that our states write laws to demand candidates prove they are qualified for the office. Yes, we should attempt to tighten up the rules for who gets on the ballot.
But....Doing all this is like putting a band-aid on a gushing dishonest and immoral hemorrhage.
What will the Marxists think of next? What will our morally weak conservatives choose to ignore next?
The fundamental problem here is national moral dry rot.
For me the epiphany was the 2000 election recount. That is when I realized that Marxists had control of the Democratic Party and would do **anything** to scam a system that can only function with honest good will.
I no longer will have a Marxist or Useful Idiot for a friend. That means **all** Democrats and some Republicans. They are either too stupid or too evil, and maybe both.
I think that the smoking gun is not the birth certificate but after his return to Haiwaii from Indonesia.
I think he went by Barry Soetero and used his foreign passport to get grants, scholarships and all kinds of other goodies.

Ultimately, it is impossible to write enough laws that are tight enough to coral evil. They will find some other way to scam a system that is built upon the honest good will to make it work.

Actually, everyone who is issued a US Passport is an American citizen.
I believe that Arnold Schwarzenegger can NEVER be President although he IS a citizen.
That fact alone might sink into the shallow egomania of the typical American voter who doesn't care about anything except their own recent auto purchase.

Obama should admit he was born in Kenya. The handwriting is on the wall.
