I put up a picture the other day of the Where’s the Birth Certificate billboard here in L.A. I thought it was kind of funny, but the reality of it is that unless there is absolute proof that he is lying, the folks claiming he isn’t US born look like whackjobs. Doesn’t mean they are, but that’s how it looks.
People can’t just make claims that he isn’t US born without proof backing it up.
Time and time again there have supposed stories of someone in Kenya that has the real certificate or has the real story, and it never materializes. Hawaii, led by a Republican governor, has released a legal document saying he is US born. Yes, I know it’s a COLB but until someone can come with something different, this is a conspiracy and plays right into the left’s hands.
We should be hammering the crap out of B.O. for his ridiculous spending and socialist policies, not some conspiracy theory that has fallen down EVERY time.

You miss the central point of the birther argument. Obama can be a citizen but still no be a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution. Historically, a natural born citizen has been defined as a one born on U.S. soil to TWO citizen parents. Even the U.S. Foreign Affair manual, an official government document, warns those born abroad that while they are 100% citizens of the United States of America, they may not be natural born citizens eligible to hold the office of president. If our own executive branch is unsure who is and is not a natural born citizen, then we need a ruling by the SCOTUS to settle the matter once and for all.
The founding fathers clearly intended that the president meet a higher requirement than simply being a citizen of the U.S. The reason for that is they were concerned about the president possibly owing allegiance to a country other than the U.S.
Consider this. For the sake of discussion, assume that Vladimir John Doe is president. Assume that he was born on U.S. soil to an American citizen mother and an Russian citizen father. Vladimir has family in Russia. Tensions with Russia escalate to the point that Vladimir must declar war on his father's homeland. Can we trust Vladimir's allegiance to American enough to know with certainty that he will make decisions the in best interest of America regardless of the consequences to his family?
The answer is no. That's why the President of the United States of America must owe no allegiance, whatsoever, to any country other than the United States of America.
Take President Barack H. Obama out of the picture for the sake of discussion and fully the consider the consequences of the president not being a natural born citizen.

You cannot expect us to prove some thing when the person who is hiding the documents will not release them. It is not my responsibility to prove that he isn’t qualifed to be president, it is to prove that he is.

And he has proved it. He’s done what he needs to do. He’s been certified and is the POTUS. He has met every legal obligation of every state in the union as well as the federal requirements.
This one is simple for me, if there was a real deal genuine possibility that he was not born in the USA, Hillary would have crushed him with it. Since she didn’t, I have a hard time buying into it.
It’s entertaining, I hope it’s true and it bites him in the butt, but all this gnashing of teeth makes the right look silly unless they come up with something legitimate.
Why would it be any different than someone saying Bush snorted Cocaine or Obama has herpes. Should Obama be forced to prove he doesn’t have herpes just because someone says so?

Show evidence that the democrat party vetted him for constitutional qualifications.
The secretary of state of California refused to require the nominees to show their qualifications before they were placed on the ballot.
The electoral college did not review the candidates qualifications.
The congress did not do so.
The courts, until recently, have refused to require it.
All of these people took oaths to uphold, follow, and defend the constitution of the US.
Please lay out the evidence or time, date and method in which he proved he was qualified.
In Dec 1999, the Bush campaign released a statement that he had not used cocaine for the last 25 years. In Dec 2000 on NBC, Bush said he stood by the campaign statement and would not discuss it further. I conclude, based upon his own statement, that before 1974 he used cocaine. We have had 3 presidents in a rwo who used cocaine, but if you smoke marijuana, you can't be on the supreme court.
I cannot conclude that about Obama since he can release his records and prove that he is not lying.

I agree he is pretty close to being a rino, one thing he is not is a conservative. Last year during the campaign he wrote a column and bashing conservatives.He also did it on his radio show and he lost a ton of listerners over it.
I have not liked him for a very long time. He is only good for one thing, he knows history. LOL Other then that a waste of time imo.

If he has proved nothing, why did he make the ballot in 50 states and get sworn into office by the head of the SCOTUS?
The reality is that he has proven all he needs to prove and holds the highest office in the land. I may not like it, you may not like it but last I checked, he’s running the show.
You mentioned California Sec of State....what about the 49 other states, many controlled by the GOP? Did every single state not check whether he was valid or not?
I hope you are right, but the perception is clear....people look like whackos pushing this unless THEY come up with the evidence. B.O. doesn’t have to come up with any, he’s more than happy to have folks on the right scream at the top of their lungs and he’ll just ignore them. The evidence has to come from the accusers in this case, not from B.O. That’s the reality.
I indicated above the reason no one did do it. I welcome your evidence that I am wrong. Then we can move on to why would OPbama fight these efforts if he already proved it to some state during the election. Since it is public information, you would think the state would speak up and put all this to rest.
The logical conclusion is that no state did require it.
I addressed the Cal situation because I communicated directly to the secretary of state's office in Cal and was told she didn't do it. I provided the e-mail exchange to Alan Keyes and I resigned my position as poll worker because I would not participate in an election where the state was culpable, because of failure to perform its responsibilities, in the possible fraud perpetrated by a candidate.
