Whether he was born in Hawaii or not is only one of the issues here.
More important is the fact that regardless of where he was born, or whether he was a US Citizen by birth, is the question of whether he was the very specific type of citizen known as a “natural born” Citizen.
While this may have to be settled by a court, the Framers of the Constitution would NEVER have considered him a natural born citizen because the key ingredient was missing: he was not born to citizen parents, and was a British Subject at birth, wherever that might have taken place.

I was hoping Thompson would've gotten somewhere, but he didn't. Neither did Hunter. The rest of the crowd were RINOs to some degree so if you supported the generic Republican ticket, you could be called a RINO supporter.

Barack Obama admits that his father was a British citizen (and not a U.S. citizen) at the time Obama was born. As such, British law governed Obama's citizenship status. Many assert that Obama is a citizen by the mere fact of being born to one American citizen parent on U.S. soil, but being a citizen doesn't necessarily make one a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.
Historically, a natural born citizen has been defined as someone born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen parents. The Foreign Affairs manual stipulates this fact by telling those born abroad that although they are absolutely 100% citizens of the United States, they may not be natural born citizens eligible to hold the office of president.

If Medved is holding up Obama's short form birth certificate that we see on the internet, then someone should ask Medved these questions:
Can you explain why the word "African" is used to classify Obama's father, when way back in 1961, "Negro" was used and not "African"?
Can you explain why in the long history of Hawaii birth certificates, it looks like the RACE classification of "African" was used ONLY on Obama's short form birth certificate that we see on the internet and the one that you are see in front of you?
