On Friday, we saw the letter ATF sent to FFL dealers in Tennessee telling them the Bureau was overriding the state's Firearms Freedom Act, and would continue to impose federal requirements in disregard of state law.

So what would happen if the Tennessee State police arrested the ATF if they try to break Tennessee law?I would pay top dollar to see that.

Yes, I think you are correct. I’ve thought for awhile that Obama has been looking for a fight, and I think this is the one he might take up.

That is right! So OUR GOVERNMENT decided they were guilty of the crime before a trial and punished, Killed, murdered, innocent babies in their hast to prove how “strong” they were.
How dare these people at Waco challenge the authority of the US GOVERNMENT. That was a paraphrase of Janet Reno.
OH, man Did you hit a nerve!

I remember as well.
I was at grad school and remarked that an arm of the government, the ATF, just executed dozens of Americans without trial.
All of my fellow students within earshot (maybe ten) supported the elimination of those crazy bible thumpers.
It was then that I understood how average, middle class Germans in the 1930s made little fuss over Hitler's racial and religious laws.

The state should order Washington to remove all federal agents from the state, and make it more difficult to prosecute in federal court.

Absolutely. States need to stand up and say NO!!! If they don’t, there is no hope. Now is the time.

Yes, I think you are correct. Ive thought for awhile that Obama has been looking for a fight, and I think this is the one he might take up. Then if 30 States declared secession if the Federales didn't return to their barracks lickety-split, how would the situation now look?

This will get interesting. The governor or Montana is a Dem, but one of the most pro 2nd amendment governors in the country regardless of party. He has dared the Feds to come in and stop them.

I was at work at the time it happened - pretty much the same reaction along the lines of those crazy cultists deserved it.
Sure was an insight into how most people think (or don't think too much).

Let's put aside the government's role in this for a moment and just consider this: What kind of mind does it take to think that a bunch of people deserve to be burned to death for having weird religious views?
This country's becoming a freak show.

Quite right. I do not understand such warped minds.
And after the unlawful executions the government brought the survivors to trial. Balls.
As a people and because Christianity is under assault, we are no longer superior to the intellects that brought on the holocaust, the gulag, nor the killing fields.

I remeber Waco, I was in Chicago, siting in a FBO, my chief pilot at the time Ted King, was 66. Ted, listening to some morons talk about it being "about damn time they got those people", stood up and said, "The government just murdered all those people..........things have changed", the room went silent. Ted was so right, I can see the whole thing as if it happened this morning
I lived in Waco at the time...walked into the house from church and saw the gun battle on TV.
It was well known locally that Koresh could have been arrested any number of times by the sheriff without a shot being fired.
If you think what Janet Reno did, just wait until you see what Holder has in store for whitey.
