it says something about this country that this man could serve in the u.s. senate for a half century,
and meanwhile, help the left destroy this country.

It took Kennedy 11 hours to call police. The car was in 8 feet of water. The diver that recovered her body said she was in the area where the airpocket was located and had he arrived within 25 minutes he may have been anle to save her.
Her family betrayed her by not pressing the case and cremating her body so fast.

"The Kennedy Tragedy..." How quaint of the media.
Can you imagine had this happened to Nixon? There would still be wall to wall coverage about the "evil conservative...". Of course Nixon would not have been out drinking and driving, or fled the scene.

makes me sick how that family are regarded by those in the media as some kind of great family.
They have left people to die, rape, underage ,drugs, drink corruption.
Yet they are darlings.

read about the Irish Italian mafia wars in Boston and how JFK went aftert he mafia and then let his brother get in power thus taking control of the unions, contracts votes etc.
The Irish worked with the feds against the mafia while the kennedys were lapping it up.
Not forgetting how they have brought terrorists over from Northern Ireland and have been at fundraisers for the terrorist IRA.

If the Dems even try to call “Health Care Reform” -— “Kennedy Care” -— Republicans should offer amendments for swimming lessons, CRP instructions, and how to dial 911, or stop at the Fire House while you walk by it, to inform authorities should you happened to drive your car off of a bridge with someone in your car that is still alive!

The sad thing to me about Sen. Kennedy and John Jr. is that they both had a reckless streak in them. They didn't seem to care about anyone but themselves. The senator was probably loaded when he plunged the car with Ms. Kopechne in it into the lake. John Jr. may have been sober, but he was an inexperienced pilot flying in bad weather without any concern for his wife and sister-in-law. And these are the ones we hold up as heroes?
It's been nice celebrating 40 years of the moon landing. It has been a source of pride for this nation. The other two incidents (40 years for Chappaquidick and 10 years for the plane crash) are major embarrassments we should forget.
The only ones I would want to remember would be Ms. Kopechne and the two ladies who died in the plane crash. May they rest in peace.

I've always had my suspicions that Kennedy wasn't in the car with Mary Jo. It is unlikely that he could have escaped from the car and Mary Jo would not have been able to escape also. She apparently had the presence of mind to locate an air pocket in the submerged car. If Kennedy escaped out a window, and was gone from the car, it just doesn't make sense that she wouldn't have tried the same sort of escape. And no one ever said they saw Kennedy in wet clothing.
So if he wasn't in the car, what might have happened? I don't think anyone else was in the car when it went off the bridge either. I think someone, maybe not even Kennedy, decided to kill her. Kennedy may have come forward for someone else because he was almost certainly the only one who could get the body off the island without an autopsy. No one knows if she was pregnant. No one knows if she was even conscious when she went into the water. (She obviously was conscious after hitting the water, given the report that she was found upside down in an air pocket; assuming the report is true.)

And if his name were Edward Moore, he would have done time. This is it in a nutshell. Kennedy didn't do time for killing Mary Jo because he is a Kennedy, NOT because he didn't murder her.

Fatso Teddy is s-c-u-m.
(1) His whole FAMILY is s-c-u-m.
- Kennedy earned C grades at the private Milton Academy
- (he) was admitted to Harvard as a "legacy" .. the younger and dimmer Kennedy's admission was .. assured. ()
- While attending, he was expelled twice, once for cheating on a test, and once for paying a classmate to cheat for him.
- While expelled, Kennedy enlisted in the Army, but mistakenly signed up for four years instead of two. ()
- His father ... pulled the necessary strings to have his enlistment shortened to two years
- .. to ensure that he served in Europe, not Korea, where a war was raging. Kennedy was assigned to Paris
- (Teddy) never advanced beyond the rank of Private)
- While attending law school at the University of Virginia, he was cited for reckless driving four times
- once when he was clocked driving 90 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood with his headlights off after dark.
- Yet his Virginia driver's license was never revoked.
- In 1962, at age 30 (..min age to hold a Senate seat) he ran for the Senate. (FIXED!)
and THEN, the Drunken SOT really did it..
- On 18 July 1969, Kennedy attended a party on Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts. At about 11:00 PM, he borrowed his chauffeur's keys to his Oldsmobile limousine, and offered to give a ride home to Mary Jo Kopechne, a campaign worker. Leaving the island via an unlit bridge with no guard rail, Kennedy steered the car off the bridge, flipped, and into Poucha Pond. He swam to shore and walked back to the party -- passing several houses and a fire station -- and two friends returned with him to the scene of the accident. According to their later testimony, they told him what he already knew, that he was required by law to immediately report the accident to the authorities. Instead Kennedy made his way to his hotel, called his lawyer, and went to sleep.
Kennedy called the police the next morning. By then the wreck had already been discovered. Before dying, Kopechne had scratched at the upholstered floor above her head in the upside-down car. The Kennedy family began pulling strings, ensuring that any inquiry would be contained. Her corpse was whisked out-of-state to her family, before an autopsy could be conducted. Further details are uncertain, but after the accident Kennedy says he repeatedly dove under the water trying to rescue Kopechne, and he didn't call police because he was in a state of shock. In versions not so kind, it is widely assumed Kennedy was drunk, that he was having an affair with Kopechne, and/or that he held off calling police in hopes that his family could fix the problem overnight.
- In 1973, at the height of Nixon's Watergate scandal, Kennedy thundered from the Senate floor, "Do we operate under a system of equal justice under law? Or is there one system for the average citizen and another for the high and mighty?" (Stupid, arrogant, asshat!)
- In 1980, Kennedy challenged Carter.. for the Democratic nomination. ... by an interview with CBS Newsman Roger Mudd, who asked ... "Why do you want to be President?" Kennedy couldn't come up with a straightforward answer.
- a late-1980s media profile, Kennedy was succinctly described as someone who "grew to manhood without learning to be an adult". (MORON!)
- He is rumored to have had several affairs while married to his first wife, and had often been seen in public while thoroughly tanked and/or behaving obnoxiously. (PIG!)
- In 1987 he was caught in flagrante delicto (Having Sex) with an unidentified woman on the floor of a restaurant (PIG!).
There's a special wing in Hell just for the Kennedy's. Teddy has the Biggest Suite!
