A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons just revoked."

I believe that this guy is confused about the difference between national security and his personal political beliefs. Idunno about anyone else, but politics has nothing to do with My agreeing about the necessity of him providing and actual -VERIFIABLY actual Birth Certificate. I had to provide that and more when I joined up, how come he is somehow exempt?

There is no constitution respected in the military. They (with very few exceptions) do as ordered - no matter what.

Hell have to murder some constitutional judges on the court and fill those vacancies with fascists before the proud latina racist woman could save him for the sake of his skin color.

Correct. If the man is not the de-facto President of the United States by default, you cannot "impeach" a man who is not in essence the President. You simply have a squatter in the West Wing who needs to be taken out along with the furniture in a Bekins Moving Van. You can't make this stuff up! And the world thought we were crazy over Floriduh and two months of uncertainty in 2000!!

Making a false claim does not equate to making a legitimate one. Those nuts can claim anything but Bush’s victory was certified by the Court and Congress.
They could have claimed they didn’t like his hair color with equal legal validity.

If a soldier is the only one with standing, are you saying we should allow a fraudulent traitor to stay in the White House even though it is illegal just so we can say that the military was doing its job?

>Our Republic is set up differently from the Honduran government. Our Constitution does not authorize the militray to remove a member of the federal government.
Nor does our constitution authorize a foreign-born, naturalized citizen to be President.
My oath of enlistment was to the Constitution, first and foremost; if the commander in chief is not qualified by the Constitution to be president then he cannot legitimately issue any legal orders [as the Constitution is the highest law of the land].

I wish America would grow some and revolt - have we all become a bunch of sheep that only care about our career or the almight dollar? Is there nothing more important to fight for than our freedoms and defense of the constitution?
Well said, that.

I think you were responding to a comment I was responding to and quoted prior to my response. Is that confusing enough for you? :) Anyway, you and I agree on this I think.

I just cant believe that the Army is going to let the Major do this and not suffer some sort of repercussion or punishment.
Seems they're snookered?

>If he really was born in Kenya, Congress is going to have to do some legal maneuvering to pass an ex-post facto law to override the constitution.
If they pass an Ex Post Facto law then they have shown themselves to be assaulting the very Constitution the Military is sworn to uphold and defend. IOW, I would be surprised if there WASN’T bloodshed.

Mosey on over to Military.com and take a look at the comments in response to the article about this.

Anything the Usurper signs is illegal... so why bother?
If a "National Emergency" is declared, then there'll be no getting rid of him or his policies. AFAIK, Martial Law is uncharted territory, much the same as the current "crisis of eligibility" that has been allowed to transpire.

Well if that happens, then for sure it will be a coup, and that would take the political handcuffs off of the GOP and the Military. If this were a chess game, that would be tantamount to Check Mate.

What he wants to do, whether he realizes it or not, is to establish a precedent for the military questioning the authority of its military chain of command ... for any reason, not just this one.
You're blowing this way out of proportion. Let's let the chips fall where they may. Get the eligibility issue settled (which is substantial & foundational), and things will get back to "normal".
It's not the Major's fault that a usurper inhabits the White House. He's just trying to get the issue resolved for conscience's sake--both his and his comrades in arms.
