As if voters have the time to care? You know like keeping their jobs, holding on to their savings, family interests... I did not know Palin was running for anything. Palin commented that she would back both a Republican or a Democrat when she saw fit.

It's completely transparent -- they're in panic mode about her resignation. If Sarah had truly taken herself out of electoral politics, her enemies would drop the subject in short order.
