Later today, the House will continue general debate on the American Clean Energy & Security Act, Pres. Obama's climate change legislation. The bill centers on a renewable electicity standard, encouraging the use of renewable energy and a cap-and-trade policy.

The UN his hosting a conference on the global financial crisis either this week or very soon. The money from Cap and Trade will help finance this group as a global governing group.

No one is talking about the link between the global tax of carbon credits/offsets and the power it will give the UN.

Bikes and public transportation. "Sustainable" living that the government can easily engineer to their liking. That's what they want.
