TWITTER TO HELP IRANIAN PROTESTORS

I just got this note from another poster and twitter on the Americans supporting Iranian liberty & those fighting for it site on Facebook.
This is pertinent right now to the situation in Iran.
Twitter Folks-set your location to Tehran and your time zone to GMT +3.30. Iranian security forces are hunting for bloggers using location/timezone searches. The more people at this location, the more of a logjam it creates for forces trying to shut Iranians' access to the internet down.Please pass the word. There are ways we can help. This is one of those ways.
We have to help protect the Freedom Fighters.
You are correct, but for just following at home or in the office a computer screen for us old guys and gals is one heck of alot easier than squinting at your cell phone. As for tweeting the phone is the only way to go
You are completely correct, nothing beats the monitor for following the twitter posts.

They already have the freedom to free speech, freedom to move around, freedom to work and so forth. These kind of people want freedom to show off their boobs in public like their western women counterpart which is immoral to most iranians. How could immoral individual rights supercede the communial rights of Iranian society. The cause of thiese problems are US, UK and Jews."

I have no sympathy for the Iranians. Let them fight for their own freedom. If they sit their like sheep then they deserve what they get.

I don’t use twitter...
Just did it....hit on settings and scrolled down to +3.30 and Tehran immediately printed in.....thank you SO MUCH Jeff for this info.

I have been following the news on twitter all morning. Glad to see this post and change my account to help.
Look at the pictures...these are mostly from today. Does it look like they are sitting around like sheep? Sit on the side if you will, many will raise their voices and do what we can here to support them in their fight.
