On Zabasearch, I found his zip code as 21601 and birth date as July 1920. I went through every day of July 1920 and still didn't find anything. But the site mentions that the name must be correct. Jim vs James will return no results if you picked the wrong one. So plenty of options to play with, maybe someone will stumble across the correct combination.

So if 1200 Washington St is his current address, that could invalidate his voter registration at the 413 TRIPPE AVE address
