Sarah Palin isn't taking David Letterman's ratings bait.
"The Palins have no intention of providing a rating's boost for David Letterman by appearing on his show," the Alaska governor's rep said in a statement to FOXNews.com. "Plus, it would be wise to keep Willow away from David Letterman."

Letterman invited the Palins to come on his show. He actually had a lucid moment, too. He told Sarah that, if she wanted, she could "leave Todd at home".
Made me chuckle.

Plus, it would be wise to keep Willow away from David Letterman.Actually, I would think it would be an excellent idea! Imagine "David" getting his rear end handed to him by a... girl!!

Trouble with bagging Letterman is what you would do with it? The meats no good for eating. Plus, it would make an ugly trophy hanging in den.

Like Mr. CC said, if Letterman had said that on the street, he would have gotten his lights knocked out. And no one would object.

Don Imus joked that a predominately black college female basketball team looked like a bunch of “Hos” and gets his walking papers...David Letterman joked that a prominent governor looked “slutty” and joked about the rape of her 14-year-old daughter at a baseball game they attended in his twon and goes scott free with a ratings boost & slap on the back from his producers? What's wrong with this picture? Typical liberal justice!

Hell, I wouldn’t care if he grabbed him and hooked him up to a dog sled and yelled “mush.” But I guarantee you Dave will never go near the place.
We already know who the coward is in this situation. Looking for Dave’s ugly white ass and making a punk out of him in “The Big Apple” would remove all doubt about what a punk Letterman really is.

It might be a good idea to keep Piper away, also... come on Dave, its just a joke... Is it just a joke with Letterman? I have my doubts. In any case, I imagine Piper could deal with the old pervert, whether he got a little too friendly or said something nasty about baby Trig.

She just has to tell the truth, and speak from her genuine core beliefs, and shell walk into the White House.
Then she will hire Mike Rowe to do his show Dirty Jobs to clean the up after the Obamas

Of course, Letterman will really come uncorked now. Expect to see and hear even nastier things from him in the near future. That's exactly what I was thinking. With Letterman's controlling personality directly challenged like this, it's going to be quite a show of fireworks. I say "Letter"-rip! Hopefully he will suffer final ignominious defeat at the hands of Conan. A sweeter end to an obviously bitter man, I could not imagine.
I can't believe I used to watch this guy in college. I was such an idiot back then.

Hopefully he will suffer final ignominious defeat at the hands of Conan. Personally, I think even less of Conan as a comedian. Letterman can be a snarky jerk and is a clueless liberal, but he's still very funny sometimes. Conan just doesn't do anything for me even on a good day.
I personally like Craig Ferguson much better than either one.

Naw, you weren't an idiot. Letterman was funnier then.
