Arnold RossA 17-year-old Terrytown man was arrested on charges of aggravated rape and first-degree murder of an 8-month-old child Saturday afternoon, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said.
Arnold T. Ross, of 136 Friedrichs Road in Terrytown, was booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Facility. No bond is available on the first-degree murder charge.

Not really. In fact, I just heard of the 80 yr. old Australian woman who tracked down the rapist of her teenaged grandaughter and shot his entire dong off with a 9 mm. She turned herself in to the local cops and was quoted as saying “He’ll never rape anyone again!” That’s what I call justice.
This is one of those cases that you just want to see this subhuman animal turned over to the family of this child to have justice served. It’s not even my baby and some very creative methods of demise for this criminal waste of oxygen come to mind. I hope that we never get so “civilized” that this is not so.
They must ve vuilding a new Levee in new Orleans somewhere. This guy would make good fill.
One would hope there is also no bond available on the charges of aggravated rape of an 8 month old baby!
