Charges brought against three members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense under the Bush administration have been dropped by the Obama Justice Department, FOX News has learned.
The charges stemmed from an incident at a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008 when three members of the party were accused of trying to threaten voters and block poll and campaign workers by the threat of force -- one even brandishing what prosecutors call a deadly weapon.
The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation.

The “new” Black Panthers will become the Brownshirts of Maobama’s civilian army, emulating the Germany of the 1920s. If you’re caught voting for a Republican, you’ll be taken out of the voting booth and taught how to vote properly. That’s assuming that by 2012, we’ll still have the right to vote.

So lets get this straight, If you are a veteran the department of homeland security is watching you and will most likely lock you up and charge you with terroist activities if you simply infer that the public would be better served with different political representatives or if you become actively involved in politics and speak out against the insanity of the Obama Administration, or if you choose not to believe in man caused climate changed.
If you are a Conservative you also will be jailed for radical hate speech and terrorism if you speak out against the murder of innocent unborns or if you try to act on behalf of the most vulnerable children, those that escape the hangmans noose of the physician during the abortion procedure and are gathered up and murdered anyway “because the mother didn’t want the little burden”, the later known as the Obama doctrine.

If you are a member of a radical thug gang that hangs around the polling places on election day with night-sticks and other weapons and intimidate those that would not vote for the candidate that you support, well then you are free to go.
