Are you kidding me? Gibbs not only accepted the premise that the B.C. contains something perfidious, but hinted that it would be disclosed at the end of his term?

Gibbs never said anything about disclosing Bozo's BC, nor did he say that there was anything perfidious about it.

On the contrary, he's talking about squelching further discussion of the issue and dissent against the President. Gibbs is talking about "disposing of the problem" by the end of the first term so that Bozo will be free and clear to run for at least another term. Keep in mind that Bozo wants to be like Chavez and become President for Life.

Besides falsely claiming that the "State of Hawaii provided a copy" -- which they never did -- of Obama's paper COLB -- which does not exist, Gibbs then makes a direct reference to the lack of an embossed "Seal on it" -- a complaint about the COLB image voiced by many people during the first week it was posted. What he did say right after that is more more onerous than you might realize:

I certainly hope, by the fourth year of our administration, that we'll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.

We have already seen over the past year how Obama's Administration, the Judicial System, and his rabid supporters in Congress and the media have "dealt" with folks like Berg, Taitz, Hemenway, Donofrio, and of course, myself, to make this BC controversy go away.

Bozo's already paid his personal lawyer $1 million to fight the lawsuits. Americans who seek a legal remedy through the courts continue to be harassed and threatened with sanctions. Partisan, pro-Obama "fact checking" entities are perpetuating the document forgery by twisting the facts and making false assessments, while casting aspersions and ridicule at the "birthers" for their "tinfoil hat conspiracies." And, then there are the slanderous attacks on me for uncovering the truth and refusing to back down.

Obama and his Administration has been busily going about silencing anyone who disagrees with him or his policies, using accusations of "hate monger", "racist," "right-wing extremist," "domestic terrorist," and so on, promoting legislation to deprive them (and us) of our Constitutional Rights to free speech and redress of grievances, for starters.

Taking these policies and practices to their logical conclusions four years from now, will all those who have spoken out be blacklisted, bankrupted, branded, and busted, to where we cannot afford to continue this "burgeoning birth controversy" anymore?

On the other hand, is Gibbs hinting that, just in time for the 2012 Presidential election, our Administration will have perfected a forgery of Obama's long-form birth certificate and presented it to the Court if a lawsuit makes it to trial, or to Congress, in the event that any of the current and future proposals to require Presidential candidates to prove their eligibility before being placed on the ballot become the Law of the land?

Either way, Gibbs fully expects that we're going to be screwed.

Congratulations to you and FOXNEWS for being the first news agency to bring Obama's birth certificate controversy into the mainstream.

This controversy, however, goes far beyond the question of Obama's citizenship status -- it also raises the spectre of President Obama's involvement in document fraud.

What the Obama campaign actually posted on its website on June 12, 2008, is a forged document image and not a real copy of Obama's birth certificate. I spent five months conducting intensive research on the document images alleged to have been made from Obama's "original birth certificate." My research proves that the document image posted on Obama's website and on other pro-Obama websites, was fabricated using Photoshop, and that no such document actually exists.

Obama's campaign manufactured this bogus birth certificate to deceive the American public into believing that Obama was born in Hawaii, and was therefore eligible to be President. The reason why Obama still refuses to release his original birth certificate is because it would confirm that he is not eligibile to be President, that he lied about his history and citizenship status, and that he engaged in document fraud to hide these facts from the American public.

To help cover up this scam, Obama's campaign called upon patently partisan, pro-Obama "fact checking sites" like Factcheck and Politifact to proffer, protect, and promote this fabricated image as being a real copy of Obama's actual birth certificate, and to engage in slander and public ridicule of anyone having the audacity to question its validity.

In every news conference that he's had up until now, Obama and his Press Secretary have side-stepped all of the questions raised about his birth certificate, including the use of intimidation of reporters to do so. When Press Secretary Gibbs said that "The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president's birth," it was a bald-faced lie. Hawaii never produced a Certification of Live Birth document for Obama, with a date-stamp of June 12, 2007.

Furthermore, Hawaii denied that Obama, a family member, or someone Obama personally authorized, ever requested and received a copy of this alleged Certification of Live Birth (COLB) in June 2007 or in any other month of that year.

Not one governmental official, in Hawaii or in any other place in the nation, has ever seen this COLB document in person, let alone validate it as genuine.

The reason is simple: this document does not exist and never did. Hawaii announced that it has Obama's original birth record, but has refused to reveal what's on that record. Hawaii never confirmed where Obama was born, and if he had been born in Honolulu as Obama claims, Hawaii would not have any reason to withhold that information.

What has unfolded is a genuine conspiracy to commit document fraud, This bogus birth certificate constitutes a false identification document, and is a violation of federal forgery laws punishable by five years in prison (for each count) and up to a $250,000 fine. Not only were federal forgery laws violated, but also Hawaiian forgery laws, as well.

That, Bret, is the untold story here. Why would a President risk committing document fraud just to prevent his original birth certificate from ever being seen?

The answer must be that the information it contains would spell the end of his Presidency and his charade as well. He would be exposed as a fraud and a usurper, and the political landscape would be forever changed, along with how the media shapes public policy.

I don’t want you to think I was saying people should not sign it for fear of what the government will do. I am more concerned, that in the land of the free, where we have “constitutional” rights to freedom of political expression, there is somebody, today, in this adminstration, looking at who signed these petitions, planning to make an example of those who do not toe the line.

Clinton was so egregious during his reign. If someone spoke out about him, they were handed an IRS audit the next day, it seemed. I am curious what this man will do. Watching what is happening with the auto industry is convincing me more and more there will be retribution.
