Via Moe Lane. No, hes not saying that waterboarding terrorists is as evil as genocide, but he does seem to be saying that both are sufficiently evil as to require prosecution. Id be curious to know how and where he draws the line on prosecutorial discretion, then: When is something so evil that we must proceed to trial, damn the policy consequences? David Shribman wonders:

Thank you. So, she’s temporarily outside the revolving door. Stay tuned.
The bulk of them are simply stupid. Some of them are just very angry. A few of them have nefarious reasons to keep the stupid and angry foaming at the mouth.
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed
Waterboarding wasn't illegal when done. Dodd (and the other rats wanting to prosecute) can go spit and read his Constitution that he swore to uphold.
That’s a BIG law firm. My guess is she is being paid a big salary solely so they can float her name to lobbyists or administration/department heads.
Wow. Dodd now holds the all time record for breaking Godwin’s Law.
Invest in lead!
If that’s they game to play, then start drawing up prosecution for Obama. Treason would be a good one to start with.
With hands as dirty as dud’s he should be the last to speak.
Let’s prosecute you Dodd.
In the Summer of 1989 Kennedy and fellow Senator Chris Dodd were having lunch at famous Washington D.C. restaurant La Brasserie. Kennedy requested the attendance of waitress Carla Gaviglio. According to the Washington Times “When she put in an appearance in their private retreat - ‘The Teddy Kennedy Fun Room’ - the Massachusetts senator picked her up and heaved her onto a table. The crystal candlesticks and champagne glasses shattered as he grabbed her again and flung her on top of Dodd.
“Then Kennedy threw himself on top of the woman. The waitress implored Mr. Kennedy to ‘Get off me!’
“Another waitress entered to find ‘things all tipped over and Kennedy was on top, [the waitress] was in the middle and Dodd was on the bottom.’ At that point the sandwich was disassembled.”
Let’s prosecute Dodd for his role in creating the housing bubble and subsequent economic collapse.
Dodd’s the one who should be prosecuted.
My dad was in the 509th Composite Bomb Group and participated in the atomic bombing of Japan. Should members of the 509th now be put on trial for killing hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians with just two bombs. After all it did bring an end to WW2 but liberals do not want to admit that. God Help the USA
Great way to hide the takeover of America. Keep them focused on a fake scandal to hide the real corruption.
Pray for America
Just keep on acting like the little libs that you are.Let your true colors show you look more and more like assholes just keep on talking please.
There’s a local Boston talk show host and columnist,Howie Carr, who’s followed the senior Senator from Chappaquiddick from his early days who routinely makes reference to this incident. He calls it the “waitress sandwich”.
If I were Chris Dudd, I don’t think I’d be pushing for the prosecution of politicians.
Were we torturing our troops? (no they volunteered) ok volunteering to be tortured would be sadomasochism, is the what we are doing with the troops?...
Another question how long have we been waterboarding our own troops during training... because whatever waterboarding is the US government was doing it under Dem administration
And final question are we still waterboarding our own troops during training because then Obama is guilty of it right now
If pushing a terrorist around a little bit is a crime then certainly it is a crime to blow up a house you think a terrorist is in, killing the suspect, some of his friends and even innocent children in a shack in Pakistan. Why if we weren't at war that would be called murder.
So Mr. Dodd, are you ready to prosecute the people who have ordered and done that? If so, it should be a very interesting trial, since you'll have both George Bush and Barack Obama as defendants.
Or maybe you can explain to everyone why it was wrong for our CIA under President Bush to interrogate terrorists but it is OK for President Obama to blow up buildings with people inside who are merely suspected of terrorism.
