I wouldnt be surprised if Hollyweird puts some sort of “dont ask, dont tell” plot into it. LOL

Cool, but seems like too much FX and not enough Red White & Blue.
And yes, more cleavage!

Not bad for a cartoon. I guarantee there will be a queer portrayed as a genius and a normal guy portrayed as a stupid obama rejector.

Liked it. But I always wonder how you can have the best of the best when they are only 25. I mean really how much experience can you really have at that age? ♥

Yeah, great acting I’m sure, definitely on the scale of CASABLANCA, ON THE WATER FRONT, GONE WITH THE WIND, et. al. Its just a fast action film with computer generated special effects, like an up graded video game. The stars are the effects. I guess I’m too old to appreciate these movies. I find watching them in a theater as disturbing to my ears, as the guy in the next lane of traffic, with his super bass speakers blasting. And, I don’t wear a hearing aid!

Couldn’t get trailer to work, but I mistakenly thought all of this was a response to a remake of the classic The Story of G.I. Joe with Bob Mitchum, Freddie Steele, and Burgess Meredith. My Bad!

Feh....More of the same crap from Hollywood. They’re not getting my money.

The Baroness looks hot and Snake-Eyes is THE man, but the rest of the movie will probably suck, based on what I’ve heard about its production.

well GI JOE is no longer the “Greatest American Hero”
it is some international UN sponsored anti-terrorist organization in this movie.
i wouldnt be surprised if Cobra Commander was Bush, Destro was Tony Blair and Serpentor Dick Cheney

To my two younger brothers' eternal chagrin, I used to steal their G.I. Joe dolls...er,
action figures to marry my Barbies, even though the Barbies towered over the short 'men' with plastic hair! LOL! :-)
Trailer looks great, awesome FX--also looking forward to Christopher Eccleston (the ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Doctor #9 in the very popular, current DW franchise) and seeing his 'daft old face' on screen again!

Trailers can look “awsome” but still conceal a poop story.
They have neutered G.I.Joe into a UN sponsored when the USA can’t get the job done to save the world organization.
I still have my wait and see up, but I am not rushing out to put it on the hit parade.
Also GI Joe does not stand for GI Joe but is now an acronym of some “global infantry” etc. etc. etc.
How many times have wee seen excellent trailers for bad movies?
