Police spokesman Lucy Caldwell told AHN that other people were present at the home at the time of Kellermann's death, in Reston, Va., and that there was a gun and a gunshot wound.

Shot and then hung? This is reminding me of the scene from Lonesome Dove where them sodbusters were shot, hung and then burned...

Neighbors said Kellermann had lost a noticeable amount of weight under the strain of the new job. Some neighbors said they suggested to Kellermann should quit to avoid the stress, but Kellermann responded that he wanted to help the company through its problems.
That relationship has been tense and stressful, with Kellermann working long hours, a colleague said. Freddie Mac executives recently battled with federal regulators over whether to disclose potential losses on mortgage securities tied to the Obama administration’s housing plan, said a person familiar with the deliberations who was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.
Freddie Mac and sibling company Fannie Mae have both come under fire from lawmakers because they plan to pay more than $210 million in bonuses through next year to give workers the incentive to stay in their jobs. Kellermann got $170,000 and was to receive another $680,000 over the next year.
Federal prosecutors in Virginia have been investigating Freddie Mac’s business practices, said Kellermann was neither a target nor a subject of the investigation and had not been under law enforcement scrutiny.
Freddie Mac canceled a bond offering on Wednesday and top executives visited the family’s home to offer condolences.
After attempting to hang himself and failing, he must have eat a pistol to finish the job. Or, Bubba Klinton had some of his Arkansas pals come over and do the job. Is this what they call killing him twice?

Kellermann was a longtime finance executive at Freddie, but he was kept on to help unwind the troubles created by an entire previous management team. And Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were raked over the coals on Capitol Hill earlier this month after they paid $210 million in retention bonuses to 7,600 employees. Thats just over $27,000 each; it was nowhere near AIG-level bonuses, but executives still had to defend the outlays.

Nearly half of Freddie Macs $50.1 billion net loss in 2008 occurred during Kellermanns first full quarter as acting CFO, or soon after it was taken under the governments control. The company reported a net loss of $23.9 billion for the quarter ended Dec. 31, or $7.37 per diluted share, compared with a fourth-quarter 2007 loss of $2.5 billion, or $3.97 per diluted share.
The company reported a 2008 net loss of $50.1 billion, or $34.60 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $3.1 billion, or $5.37 per diluted share, in 2007.
There has also been some talk of setting up a fund for the Kellermann family, since suicide usually voids insurance policies.
Kellermann was a volunteer board member with the D.C. Coalition for the Homeless, according to Freddie Mac.
That was the sign my then-fiancee and I carried at a Freeper rally in San Diego when then-President Bill Clinton was speaking there. I was flabbergasted when a young woman asked us, who was Vince Foster?
The reports stated that each of them were killed in short order. One of them was found at the dump decapitated. Good old Fahmi Malick rule it a suicide.
We used to refer to such things as Arkansides.
Didn't this one take place in Mena? I do not remember exactly the details ... It was ultimately all tied to cocaine distribution ... I think ... I'm kinda cloudy on the details these days and to lazy to look it up ...
Anyone else remember or have more info ...
That one weird ex Freeper who was into the conspiracy's was the one I recall learning the story from ...
geez, that CV puts him right in the middle of everything gone wrong and sinister about subprimes/liarloans,etc
consistent with suicides in Arkansas...in a bizarre twist victims ruled as suicide in Arkansas had their cut their own hands and feet off before killing themselves...others had multiple gun shot wounds to their heads.
So this is very consistent with the liberal connected death syndrome.
Suspension hanging is very uncomfortable/painful, so it’s not uncommon for a gunshot or other method to be used as Plan B.
Weird or not, I know of one of the mothers who tried to get justice in this case. I don’t believe she ever got it.
My heart has always gone out to her, and it still does.
I don’t believe this incident took place in Mena. I believe it took place somewhere else, but was tied to Mena. Evidently a plane made a drop away from Mena. The boys happened across that drop.
There was a local sheriff (an fob) who was corrupt, eventually went to prison on other counts. I believe he was present at the drop site. I don’t remember his name at present.
Or in line to take the fall.
As Chief financial officer what if he wanted to report the truth but was not allowed? Regardless, the control strings were born in congress. Barney Frank, Obama and fannie freddie friends have their hands dirtier than anyone. They are to blame for this sad day.
Yeah, even liberals have to chuckle when they hear that one.
*That’s* gonna leave a mark! Ouch!
“THE TRAIN DEATHS”
One of the most compelling stories to emerge in connection to the Mena, Arkansas drug trade is of “The Train Deaths.” Two teenagers were murdered and their murders were covered up by every level of law enforcement. Only one mother’s persistance revealed the truth. Justice has not prevailed and probably never will.
Saturday night, August 22, 1987: Seventeen year old Kevin Ives and his friend sixteen year old Don Henry set out for a night of deer-hunting. A little after 4:00am they were both hit by a Union-Pacific train heading north. These are the facts everyone agrees on. The controversy is about the hours in-between.

Has the term Obamacide been coined yet?
Yes. I don’t know who first coined it but it’s been showing up all over the web in reaction to this news.
That's defined as "Chicagocide"
