I've read that accounting for trees in the US, that we are a net reducer of CO2--our forests "eat" more CO2 than the country produces and we take some of the CO2 from China since they have destroyed almost all their forests.

When does Obama become certifiably crazy?
Yeah, why doesn’t China catch any heat (pun may or may not be intended) for this? China is the brownest country in the world. While we thought we were being so smart and green, we only exported our brownness to China (and multiplied it in the process).
It’s April. I’m in SC. Plum fruits are forming, my tulips and bluebells are blooming. And it was 34 FRACKIN’ DEGREES THIS MORNING.
They are absolutely insane and should be taken to the looney bin.
The global warming machine is working doubletime to ram massive change through before the scientific evidence for global COOLING becomes overwhelming. From the best unbiased sources I can find, it appears the Earth has been cooling at an accelerating rate since 2002. Just recently more JASON satellite data was released that showed no sea level change for the last three years, and only 10 mm change since 2002. That is quite inconsistent with warming, but very consistent with cooling.
The bad news for those pushing human-caused global warming is that according to the best (IMO) solar theories, we’re looking at another 15-25 years of cooling. That happens to coincide with the cold phase of ocean systems in both the Atlantic and Pacific. Volcanos are the wildcard, but Redoubt is providing at least some cooling influence. Redoubt is fairly small as volcanos go (at least previous eruptions have been), but the volcanic influence can only get stronger, not much weaker. A big eruption right now could be quite bad.
To quote spaceweather.com:
“The lack of sunspots in 2008, made it a century-level year in terms of solar quiet. Remarkably, sunspot counts for 2009 have dropped even lower. As of March 31st, there were no sunspots on 78 of the year’s 90 days to date (87%).”
Most likely there’s a really cold winter coming this next time. This solar minimum is looking more and more like the start of a real Minimum, like the Maunder Minimum.

They keep this lunacy up and there will be no need for mirrors in the atmosphere: the sudden proliferation of tinfoil hats will be more than enough to reflect anything the sun throws at us.
Perhaps we could NASA to send Obama on a solar mission to establish face to face talks with Sol, without preconditions.

Perhaps we should shoot some carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. All the charts I’ve seen show that once carbon dioxide reaches a certain concentration, temperatures start to fall.

We could cool the earth by putting an additive in jet fuel that would cost less per year than the President’s inaugural celebration.
