Antonin Scalia: Barney Frank is a prancing fairy.
I’m noticing this more and more with liberals these days ... Bawney couldn’t say “I am not optimistic that the Supreme Court would rule the way I would like on the Defense of Marriage Act.” He has to make an boogeyman of Justice Scalia, and make sure to tag him with the worst epithet he could think of. Liberals simply can’t make an logical argument, especialy now that they think they have the upper hand. They have to get personal. Combine this with his indifference to the death threats that the AIG executives have been getting. He’s feeding the hatred felt toward them, also. This is scary stuff.
I see Frank must be off his meds again. Like any good liberal, Frank fails to understand the concept of the amendment process. Scalia’s position is simply that the Constitution is silent on some issues and it’s not up to the SCOTUS to fill in the gaps that any five justices think are present.
