Barney Frank: Antonin Scalia is a Homophobe Friday, March 20, 2009 By Penny Starr, Senior Staff Writer
(CNSNews.com) Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said in an interview Friday on 365gay.com that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is a homophobe.
At some point, [the Defense of Marriage Act] is going to have to go to the United States Supreme Court, Frank said. I wouldnt want it to go to the United States Supreme Court now because that homophobe Antonin Scalia has too many votes on this current court.
Frank also said in the interview that he thinks President Barack Obama will reverse the Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy to allow homosexuals to serve openly in the U.S. military.
Absolutely, Frank said, concerning the policy.

This from the vile, hurl provoking sleaze that won't shut up.
Given the fine job he does in congress maybe I should call him a turd bungler.
Why oh why do I read....
Will allow homosexual servicemen and women to serve openly.
as....
Will allow homosexual servicemen and women to perv openly.
And barney frank is a creepy little toad.
“And Barney Frank is a turd burgler. Which would you rather be called?”
Turd burgler.......Hmmm... Has an interesting ring to it. Wasn’t he on the old McDonald’s commercials.
Robble robble robble.
That this tinky-wink is running our banking legislation in Congress makes me physically ill.
Frank should be happy that I am not in charge. There would be a return of criminal penalties for acts of homosexual sodomy. Death would be imosed on the perp if sodomy was performed on the person of a minor.
Sounds like Barney is having a hissy fit. Isn’t being the Bamking Queen enough for him?
FWIW, the most elite unit in the Theban army, the first Greek army to clobber the Spartans, was called the Sacred Band.
It was composed of 150 pairs of lovers, each composed of a man in his late 30 or early 40s and a young man in late teens or early 20s.
It was finally defeated at the battle of Chaeronea, where they fought until all had been killed.
History doesn’t necessarily support the idea that homosexuals cannot fight effectively. Which doesn’t mean, of course, that open homosexuality in our very different army would be a good idea.
“Being what they consider the label to mean, I wear it as a badge of honor!!”
Are you referring to homophobe or turdburgler?
If Barney ever wants to go into acting, he would make an excellent Caligula in any reproduction of “I Claudius”
Homophobe lol
I'm glad the story had a happy ending.
First of all, it is my understanding that these men were not homosexuals as is Bawney, but they were bisexuals. Most had wifes back home, but the idea was to have a male lover too who was in the military so that the men would be willing to fight to the death for the person next to them. It’s still gross, but this is a bit different than a guy who just doesn’t like girls—again, still sick, IMHO.
Bwaney is a normal-phobe..
Well, I bet Barney really enjoys gladiator movies...
