Personally I’d feel better with Biden in charge ... All Constitutional issues aside, he completely lacks the charisma Obama uses to charm his followers into doing his bidding. Biden working to lead the nation towards socialism might actual work in favor of the conservative movement.

By simply agreeing to hear the case on Obama they risk several cities burning...perhaps dozens.
There is also the prospect that by first hearing the case, and then ruling...either way...there will be REAL Civil War with 100's of thousands dead, if not millions.
