The weight of responsibility hangs HEAVY over these Justices.
By simply agreeing to hear the case on Obama they risk several cities burning...perhaps dozens.
There is also the prospect that by first hearing the case, and then ruling...either way...there will be REAL Civil War with 100's of thousands dead, if not millions.

Their only responsibility is to follow the constitution. Ensuing riots are a problem for law enforcement and armed citizens.
There are ways to handle a situation like this....he could become ill, he could be voted out, he could be outted by another well known and liked black. Trust me, they have ways of getting him out if they want him out. It is done every day in DC, and it’s called blackmail.

At least BIDEN would be the “President-select,” not a Republican.
And at least if the Court actually does something, the “evidence” will be pretty straightforward—like a Kenyan birth certificate—rather than a “subjective” judgment of the Justices that the SCOFLA was violating the law.
