So the latest creepy, almost funny story comes out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a volunteer gun safety instructor ordered “liberals” out of his class, specifically Daniel Reddy and his son Lane Dunkley. Tulsa World writes:
…when father and son arrived at the lesson, the volunteer instructor, Kell Wolf, asked if any of the students voted for President Obama.
Reddy, a transplanted Californian - and ex-Marine - raised his hand.
According to Reddy and others in the room, Wolf called Obama “the next thing to the Anti-Christ” and ordered Reddy and Dunkley from the room. When Reddy refused, Wolf said he would not teach “liberals” and would cancel the course if Reddy didn’t leave.
So Reddy and Dunkley left, as did a few others.

There are, however, large communities online, like Free Republic and Lucianne.com, where behavior like that instructor’s is widely seen as both normal and laudable. When the Shirley Nagel story broke, for instance, quite a few of posters on Free Republic commented on the story to cheer her on. “I love this woman!” exclaimed one. “We should have done the same, here,” said another. “What a great way to learn about how handouts work!” “After my own heart. The enemy in this war are the evil. No point in making their life easier or 'better'.”
The politically “sophisticated” response, of course, is to roll one’s eyes and say, with a world-weary air, that there’s nothing new about this. The politically “sophisticated” response is wrong. In fact, there is something new about it.
These kind of online communities, where countless like-minded haters visit every day, hang around for several hours, read news solely from the perspective of other haters...

You know,..a day or two ago, I watched part of ‘Hannity’, where he does his ‘Hate Hannity’ section, and one of the calls was a hardcore liberal, fuming at the mouth, about how Republicans/conservatives/Hannity, should not be allowed to speak, how they should not have Free Speech rights, and he was saying this because “even as a Liberal” ‘So you know how far over the edge he’d been driven” by what Republicans say.
Paraphrasing of course...But then, I’ve allways said, if you scratch a “Peace luvin Liberal” type, you won’t have to scratch very deep to find a screaming fascist totalitarian.
They shoould post soome quotes fro Daily KOS.

I asked questions like "are you against free speech"... responses were things like "we have to be sure that only the truth is spoken" and "there needs to be control over thoughts expressed".

Liberalism is the current hangout of the mentally disturbed due to the shortage of psychiatric hospital space.

Legally, the instructor is within his/her rights -— political affilliation is not a “protected” class, like religion, sex, disability, etc.
I routintely ask potential employees about their political affilliation and donations.
Liberals have a sense of entitlement, are often lazy, are easily offended, and generally poor employees. They also piss me off.
No sense in having them around.
Free speech has nothing to do with a spirituality, or an attitude of inclusiveness or any psychobabble. It has to do with keeping the government out of our lives. Liberals desperately want to make it into something interpersonal so they can relativize it and screw around with it.
I can’t stand too much sex and violence in movies.
But rather than demand the banning of those movies, I can simply choose not to watch.
If they don’t like what we have to say, they don’t have to pop in and look.
It’s still a free country, sort of, I guess.
