Wow! A Republican two days in a row.
We may want to rethink that 2010 optimism….
Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., has referred constituents raising concerns over President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office to an online "fact" organization that relies for its answer partly on information from the Obama campaign.
The response from Kyl to a voter who asked about Obama's ability to meet the constitutional requirements for president said:
Thank you for your recent e-mail. Senator Obama meets the constitutional requirements for presidential office. Rumors pertaining to his citizenship status have been circulating on the Internet, and this information has been debunked by Snopes.com, which investigates the truth behind Internet rumors.
We've previously debunked partisan Snopes here, so the sophistry in Senator Kyl's statements are borne of arrogance and ignorance; unfortunate traits in abundance on Capitol Hill, and an ugly combination coming from a man with power.
The Nirthers are making us all look like stupid crackpots.

The best way to debunk this "wingnut issue" once and for all would be for Mr. Obama to provide a copy of his birth certificate.
Absent that, "wing nuts" will continue to believe that Mr. Obama continues to hire lawyers to keep from providing his birth certificate and other documents that may prove the Constitutional legality to hold office because he is too important, or he has something to hide.
Which of these two excuses do you prefer?

Don’t bother with the 0bama-enablers, they’re more concerned with what others think of them, then they are with the highest Law of the land, which is in fact our Constitution.
The only question remaining for such enablers and cowards is whether they piss on our Constitution before they wipe their asses, or if it’s the other way around.
Either way, they stand for nothing, just like ostriches.
There is only one way to debunk this and that’s to produce a birth certificate and that hasn’t happened. (not a Certificate Of Live Birth. Hawaii gives those out to anyone with no questions asked.)
If you think attempting to uphold the US Constitution makes you look like a stupid crackpot, perhaps you ought to reassess why you are on a conservative website? The impetus behind this issue is simple... Mr. Obama was never vetted reguarding his eligibilty under Article II, section 1, paragraph 5. If you have questions about why the Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii that Mr. Obama’s campaign posted on the Internet is not sufficient, there are quite a few threads on this website that can provide you with that information.

Either he is too arragant to produce a birth certificate or he doesn’t want us unwashed masses to know what it says.
What it means is that the Obama Machine has got to the Repubs. There is very likely no other reason.

Obama mother was an American citizen, so that makes him one , the only question to answer is where he was actually born.
Is it a coincidence that Obama’s Grandmother Dunham passed away on election eve, November 3, 2008? It is related to the constitutional eligibility of Obama? Once he was confident in victory, he had to take care of loose ends. Dunham was the last living US witness to the events and location of BHO’s naissance. Curious, they announce on election eve that she has succumbed from cancer, yet all the news previous to that was that she had a broken hip from a fall, went to the hospital and recovered. An election eve passing from a heretofore unannounced ailment is just too creepy. Hawaii officials said simultaneously there is a ‘birth certificate’ in our vault but its sealed.
All loose ends are tied up. I pray that I just am a paranoid conspiracy wing nut.
O now has the resouces as potus, to show any kind of document from any era, he could easily provide a sheet of paper that would prove he was a citizen of the Hapsburg Empire...and nobody could prove it wrong. so forget about the colb...don’t press him, he could provide it now with a lil langley help.
