The graphic below David Gregorys speaks of despair over rescue efforts. Theres evidence this morning that the hopelessness has reached the MSMand that it is largely directed at the president himself. Earlier, I noted how Jim Cramer, appearing on Today, accused President Obama of promoting a radical agenda that is the greatest wealth destruction Ive seen by a president.
Over on Good Morning America, venerable Wall Street hand Art Cashin, chatting with Chris Cuomo, similarly pointed a finger in the White Houses direction.
CHRIS CUOMO: You look at this situation, and you point a finger at the government. Their inability to get it right has let us down. Why?
ART CASHIN: I think the AIG problem yesterday was another example. We put in $30 billion on top of $150 billion, and yet nobody in the government, or even at the company, seems to have a real grasp of what the problem is . . . This seems to be addressing the problem in an ad hoc fashion without a comprehensive plan.
Ouch! But OK, Cashin is a Wall Street guy, as is Cramer. Perhaps its natural for them not to be big fans of Pres. Obamas big-government designs. But then, David Gregory, who nowadays is in the moderating business and not normally given to stating strong personal opinions, expressed surprising skepticism about the Obama administrations plans during a Morning Joe appearance . . .

That’s good...can I steal it?
Right on the money.
It’s interesting that those that expect money from Obama are actually going to get some, but they don’t understand that they will be paying it back in about a dozen different ways with a net loss at the end of the day.
I always believed that any change, bit change, needs to go through a divided Congress, not through the White house with no cotrols other than an obeying democrat majority.
We seemed screwed in the short term.
Yes, you can.
I’m waiting for when the MSM news shows have to start cutting anchors and reporters. That’s when I think the stuff will hit the fan (as far as the MSM’s blindness is concerned).
Should never have come after Rush in the first place. Why would you seek out the most articulate spokesman in the world for the position AGAINST your policies and give him a national forum?
By the time this is over, we’ll be thanking both Steele and Hughley. Rush telling the world, “I hope he fails,” marks the first time ANYBODY in the media has taken a position directly against the President. Cramer came next, and Santelli ALMOST did.
I’ve also been wondering how much crap Hillary is going to take off of Obama? You appoint Biden, Gore, and all these other idiots to do part of her job. Not what she signed up for.
>>Critical mass may be closer than we all think.<<
It dawned on me on Sunday that it really COULD be this month.
Think about it. Imagine the dow dropping an average of 200 points a day as Obama makes speeches and companies lay off. How long can we sustain that before the $200 becomes $1,000? And that is just the markets. It won’t happen in a vacuum, and it isn’t just the US.
I’m picking up my 12 guage on my way home from work today.
Thanks.
There’s that Jeemy word “malaise.”
Did they really think that affirmative action fascism would halt their decline?
By the end of the One’s one the MSM will be in sight of the end.
The nationwide Ci-cago will move toward Detroit and the MSM will be shocked at the ingratitude.
“Its an overall sense of malaise.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Uh, oh, Gregory used the Carter word, malaise! Is this a signal to stop kissing Obama’s butt and so some actual reporting? He couldn’t have been elected with an honest press and he cannot stay in office with an honest press.
I know, I am just dreaming, you gotta dream sometime.
I only failed because Rush wanted me to.

All these great taglines flying around and I can only use one at a time, dang it!
If someone in the media ever breaks down and does a column on the FACT that he is really NOT the first black president but a mongrel who is half caucasian and possibly 3/8 or more Arab you will know the end is near.
You can take it to a Kinco or any other quick print place or you can buy label paper at Office Depot and you can print them with an ink jet printer if you have the software.
I hope Oprah is losing her fat ass in the crash. I would like to see her taking in laundry to buy beans.
