Must see video from 2004: 'Democrats Defend Fannie/Freddie from Regulation'. Watch it 'til the end. You will not believe it.

"We've been through nearly a dozen hearings where frankly we were trying to fix something that wasn't broke. Mr. Chairman we do not have a crisis at Freddie Mac and in particular at Fannie Mae under the outstanding leadership of Mr. Frank Raines."-Rep. Maxine Waters, 2004

If I were a Marxist, I would be absolutely delighted watching all of these events unfolding in Washington.

Have you ever seen *any* leftist that even comes close to appearing 'happy'? (Michael Moore, Ward Churchill, Ayers) These are people who obviously hate themselves. If it weren't for these various far left movements, they probably would have joined some other insane movement like Satanism or some such thing.

Yes I agree, these are very unhappy folks. Their religion is their ideology. Even though I am terribly unhappy myself with the current political climate, I find solace and happiness in my own personal blessings, my family, and my faith. I don’t know how anyone could be truly happy living in a purely material world without God. Speaking of Satanism, Saul Alinsky dedicated his book, Rules For Radicals, to Lucifer. And let’s face it: Saul Alinsky is the American version of Karl Marx. And Rules For Radicals is the American version of the Communist Manifesto.

Saul Alinsky on "Change"...
From Rules for Radicals, Alinsky outlines his strategy in organizing, writing:

"There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevsky said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution."

"The Communist Party USA views the 2008 elections as a tremendous opportunity to defeat the policies of the right-wing Republicans and to move our country in a new progressive direction.

The record turnout in the Democratic Presidential primary races shows that millions of voters, including millions of new voters, are using this election to bring about real change. We wholeheartedly agree with them."

A Landslide Mandate For Change

Congratulations on an extraordinary history making election!

We can think back with pride to decades of hard work toward our strategic goal of a big enough, broad enough and united enough labor and all-people’s movement that could overcome the ultra-right blockage to all progress. That all people’s movement has come to life, it is dynamic and it has the potential to keep growing.

The election of Barack Obama and a strengthened Congress creates new conditions in our country. There is now the possibility to shift gears and move forward. This new day requires us to further develop our tactics in order to continue to deepen and broaden labor and people’s unity.

There are thousands of experiences that we all have had in these momentous days, some large, some small, all of which express the enormity of change in thinking and readiness for involvement that is underway and that steels us for the battles ahead.

The tears of joy we all shared as crowds gathered to watch the election results here and throughout the world dramatize the new moment we are in.

Some people like to portray BHO as incompetent bumbling naive fool like Jimmy Carter.

I disagree. I wish that were true. I think BHO is very smart and knows exactly what he’s doing and exactly what he wants to accomplish. And that’s what scares me! He is very much the product of his radical left parents and upbringing.

And so many educated upper income people who live in upscale suburbs who you would think would know better voted for this man. And those of us who refused to partake in BHO’s kool aid are portrayed as uneducated, unenlightened, know-nothing racist white trash.

I don’t think he’s ‘smart’ at all. I think a large percentage of the American people, unfortunately, are stupid beyond belief.

Well he was smart enough to win the presidency and that is no easy task. And he does have a decidedly left wing agenda while at the same he has successfully fooled the American people that he is within the mainstream of American politics and wants to work with the Republicans in a bipartisan way.

I think you are right: A large percentage of the American people are stupid beyond belief. They will buy anything. I would have never believed myself that such a radical left winger would ever gotten any where near the White House.

You're right. I meant to say I didn't think he was *that* smart, that it was more a case of his supporters being so incredibly dumb.

My fondest wish is that we react in the same manner....
Rows of guillotines on the Mall would be lovely and “restorative”..
