An encouraging movement is afloat to right the balance of power between the state and federal levels, as prescribed by 0ur founding documents.
Kudos to Rep. Susan Lynn.

Ping.
I, too, am proud of the state of my residence -- Georgia -- being one of the leaders. Now, if the state of my birth -- Virginia __ will join in, I will be doubly proud.
Please ~ping~ me to articles relating to the 10th Amendment/States Rights so I can employ the pinger.
I continue to add names to the ping list as I run across others participating on similar threads. If you want off the list just say so.

Welcome aboard Tennessee! Nothing like the Smokey Mountains in the Summer.
Don’t worry about it too much.
If there are enough states that refuse to enforce, or refuse to allow the fedgov to enforce, unconstitutional laws,
then they won’t be able to enforce them anywhere.
About time...I was surprised that Tennessee wasn’t among the first of the states on the ‘bandwagon’.
Has any state other than OK actually passed one of these resolutions yet?
PA is doing it as well. Sadly I don’t see NY joining the movement. I wish is would but we’re so liberal, it probably wouldn’t make any difference anyway.
I wonder if this is the sort of change obama had in mind when he was campaigning?
Thats exactly what they did to Oregon.
It was the last in the Secession (1861).
Better late than never. :-)
Great work FGS, keep up the pings. I love it!
Question FGS, do you have an ongoing thread where you can post updates? Then we can keep track of which state has done what.
Ongoing threads are a real FR treasure. I’ll post to it consistently if you start one. You can posts links to threads about this topic, post updates from time to time, contact lists, etc.
If you don’t want to do it, let me know and I’ll start the thread. LOL we have an ongoing thread that is 2500 posts long and the first one was over 10,000 posts long!
Oh and the two ongoing thread I am talking about are survival threads, here:
Home gardening offers ways to trim grocery costs [Survival Today, an on going thread]

Is Recession Preparing a New Breed of Survivalist? [Survival Today - an On going Thread #2]
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2181392/posts
At any rate those are 2 really good threads.
I'd been giving it some thought but wasn't sure how best to approach the mechanics. I have gone back to older threads and added articles that were essentially "me too" or modest updates to the original, but that would soon become unwieldy. I think your's a terrific idea and there is a thread that might fill the bill simply because of its title: States Rights and the Growing Rebellion A Status Report
JMO, but a new thread and a clean slate might be better, something like "The 10th Amendment Chronicles" or "The Year States Regenerated Spinal Columns"??? But since I intend to absolve myself from another project for the time being, this will fall to your capable hands. So, go for it!
I remember Mother Abigail.
Whenever you see someone reading The Stand, if you’ve read it, the question to ask is, “Where are they?” The reader knows what you mean. LOL!
I’ll set it up tonight and ping you!
Please do; thanks.
