Meagan Kelly on Fox said the FBC filed a lawsuit under the freedom of information act to find out where this "lost" 78 billion dollars went from the first "bailout".

Last night, Obama didn’t want to “take the spotlight” from Geitner. Well Mr. Tax Cheat just unveiled his much anticipated plan and the markets do not like it. Gee, you’d think the markets would be going through the roof this morning. If Obama’s B.S. speech, the stimulus bill and the “new” bank rescue plan are so great, why aren’t the markets reacting positively? They are down, down, down.

I don’t know. I figured another bank bail-out would be what Wall Street wanted and that the market would tick up a bit today..therefore hiding an expected drop once the senate passes the bill. Obama trying to time the market, etc. today with Giethner and the pork bill.

I guess they don’t don’t like the ‘terms’ he is laying out.
