I don’t know. I figured another bank bail-out would be what Wall Street wanted and that the market would tick up a bit today..therefore hiding an expected drop once the senate passes the bill. Obama trying to time the market, etc. today with Giethner and the pork bill.

I guess they don’t don’t like the ‘terms’ he is laying out.
