I have been saying for months now that Barack Hussein Obama is nothing more than Idi Amin Version 2.0.
And our Nation is nothing more than a larger version of Jonestown ripe for mind control.
The Obamatrons are all fools.
I believe these first 21 days could best be summarized in the immortal words of Mark Steyn, who said, "We have nothing to hope for but hope itself."

Very nice listing. If Obama were getting the scrutiny George Bush did, there would be calls for his impeachment by now.
Even something as simple as a press conference, can’t be handled without trickery.
Today’s press conference was a tightly controlled affair with only approved reporters getting selected to ask questions. Obama read from a list, who was to be called on next. He didn’t call one person that wasn’t on the list.
I have not seen one press conference like this in the 39 years since I registered to vote. Presidents generally provide a short statement, then accept questions. When they accept questions, they look for a reporter with his/her hand raised, and they call on them.
This didn’t take place today. Obama read names, then asked where the reporter was. Then he would ramble on for up to fifteen minutes with an answer that sounded more like a ten year old’s description of why he didn’t do his homework.
He hemmed and hawed, rambled, lectured, switched focus every 20 to 60 seconds, and offered up half truths and outright lies. He monopolized the time such that only three questions were asked in the first half hour of the dog n pony show.
BO still provides no more intellect during his public statements than a ten year old child. He can’t focus. He can’t tell the truth, or simply hasn’t the tools to remember what the facts are.
This guy is completely out of his depth, and the media that covers for him is beginning to look positively pathetic on top of being lap dogs.
If Reagan had refused to respond to raised hands, if Bush had used the sorry ass tactics that Obama did today, the press would have ripped them to shreds. Instead they’ll wax on about how brilliant Obama is. Well, it does take some ability to be able to completely snow the deaf, blind, and dumb MSM players in attendance today. There’s Obama’s way to do this, and then there’s Ronald Reagan’s way, actually respond to frank questions with gifted responses.
Obama is a sad pathetic shadow of a leader. No amount of propaganda is going to be able to support this man, hiding how inadequate he is.
Short of putting goose stepping troops on the streets to ensure control, Obama and the nation’s media are heading into very dark territory. Everyone expects politics. Nobody expects the level of subterfuge that is taking place with regard to this administration, and their mismanagement of the nation.
There are some obvious questions that need to be asked after today’s pathetic excuse for a press conference.
Were only certain ‘friendly’ reporters called on?
Is Obama afraid to take spontaneous questions from a variety of reporters?
Were questions submitted in advance? I ask this, because several of those questions sounded like they were teed up for Mr. Pipsqueak himself, “Number 18 and the Pride of the Marxist Media, it’s Barack Obamaaaaaa!”
I don’t know what today’s performance was, but it wasn’t the run of the mill press conference.
jes’wait’til’ya’see him in yer’local kebab shop
This guy is completely out of his depth, and the media that covers for him is beginning to look positively pathetic on top of being lap dogs.
I have to disagree. The lack of focus is intentional, as is the refusal to talk about details. He may not be up to speed on process (he'll leave the humdrum details to his underlings), but he is total agreement with the goals (about which he can't be honest), and he intends to exert an ever-increasing executive control over all. He has utter contempt for the intelligence of the public and the media, and relies on aura of cocky authoritarianism and sophistry to lull the masses.
To say he's out of his depth is to give him an excuse for the assault on freedom that he's directing.
“To say he’s out of his depth is to give him an excuse for the assault on freedom that he’s directing. “
I am not sure that he himself is directing it. I think he is a tool; a puppet. But he is complicit.
I appreciate the difference of opinion, but let's be frank here. Obama is the consummate void. He comes out and advances these programs, but these programs were dictated to him. Sure he may agree, but he isn't up to speed enough, and doesn't have the adult stature that is require to pull this off.
He never had that ability. He's the equivalent of a news reader. He reads his teleprompter just fine. Take it away and this guy is a simpleton. I talk of him as if he were a child, because in reality, he is. He is the equivalent of a ten year old boy acting out in his parents drawing room, while his parents do nothing and query guests if he isn't the cutest thing they've ever seen. Well, no he isn't. He's a impudent bore. The media that plays the role of parent here, is a misguided, propagandist entity, being hoodwinked by people that would knife them in the back for a pack of cigarettes.
To say he's out of his depth is to give him an excuse for the assault on freedom that he's directing.
He is complicit. He is not in control. He even has to ask what the bills he is signing actually do. I don't give him cover here. He damns himself in ways that I couldn't cover for. I am simply heralding what is taking place here as I see it.
HA HA... the title of your post is exactly what I was thinking earlier today. It took Bush 6 mos to screw up this much.

John McCutcheon wrote a song slamming Bush II called There’s a boob on our TV, I think we all agree it is more appropriate to this goof.
Good stuff (the writings, I mean) - I hope the writer continues this.
