A Mrs McDaniel was guest on the Neil Cavuto Show and was commenting on her thoughts that led her to refuse to meet with Obama today with other Relatives of sailors killed on the Cole.
In her serious as a heart attack negative comments on the meeting was the comment by her daughter that Obama should be impeached
Somebody needs to get a grip.
The rats have an overwhelming majority in the House, they live and die by the nearly monolithic black welfare vote, and they’re going to impeach Zero? R i i i i ight. Zero could get filmed smoking crack and having homo sex in the back of a limousine and that would BOOST his approval rating with the rats. He’s not going anywhere. bert: I got that, and it is important. But I’m a bit concerned that anyone is throwing around terms like impeachment without understanding what it means. It’s akin to saying Obama is qualified to be President because he’s a citizen, and forgetting the importance of “Natural Born”. In the words of Rush, words mean things.
There is no “recall” method for the President.

Why is it that everyone who quotes that clause fixates on one end of the spectrum, to the total exclusion of the other end of the range of impeachable offenses?
Based on what?Article II, Section 4:
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Horrendous, b.s. actions on Obama's part, treason can be argued but not in any way proved. Right now any calls for his impeachment are stupid and verging on moonbat-ery.
Does anyone know what "misdemeanors" are?

The impeachment clause is a soup-to-nuts all-encompassing "out" for getting rid of an executive who's more trouble than the Legislature thinks he's worth.
Besides which, should The ONE ever fail to continue keeping his birth records/personal history quashed, I think it's game-on for the major-league infractions to be prosecuted.
I'm sure there is no dearth of leftist partisans who know the real scoop, and are using it to keep The ONE in line. If he ever steps out of line, look for that material to suddenly appear a la the Rose Billing Records.
Right now they are to the one covering for him, pretending that there's NO "constitutional issue" -- that's because he's their Golden Boy, the point man for several decades worth of incremental creep to the left. They see him as being The ONE to take them through the finish line, and once and for all turn this into the Socialist States of America.
As long as they believe he'll do the job, they will NOT break ranks. But if he should demonstrate the unwillingess (or more likely, inability) to deliver the goods, they'll suddenly "discover" that there's "a problem" (oh, who knew? who knew? -- cue Claude Rains in Rick's) -- and, "as a matter of conscience" lead the push for his impeachment.
His ONLY "cover" consists of his ability to deliver the goods -- and, whatever dirt he's got on them -- but that is a game that only the Clintons have mastered, and I kinda doubt that they will go to the mat for The ONE.

What happens in Spring that provides any opportunity for the GOP to take back control ? Impeachment puts first Biden and then Pelosi in as POTUS. We want a GOP Leader in the House of Representatives before impeachment of Obama and Biden, otherwise there is no improvement.

Impeachment or removal from office because of the MIA birth certificate is not likely, thus we probably have to wait for midterm elections, barring an Act of God.

Exactly! I'm no Constitutional lawyer (or any kind of lawyer for that matter), so forgive me if my suppositions are incorrect, but there does not seem to be any remedy right now.
Can Obama be recalled? Could we hold new elections? I just can't think of any reason for the democrats to want him removed.
She found out there ain't nobody to see up at the White House but some gussied up house n___r that's been groomed by the white, liberal DNC leadership DNC to be their own special "Pinocchio". Turns out this house n___r let it go to his head in a big way, and he's been told so many times how he's just so clean, and polished, and articulate, and this poor woman done found out the ugly truth: that his ego's so fat he looks down his nose at all the hard workers still stuck out on the DNC Plantation doin' bent-back pea pickin fo the Donks.

The DNC done made Obama the "Judas Goat" for black America. They pull his strings to make him sing, and dance, and the mesmerized folks pulled the lever for him last November. Most all the folks are too entranced to realize that strings ain't the only things bein' pulled in Washington: there's plenty of pullin' punches, pullin' people's legs, pulling people's purse strings, and pullin' the wool over people's eyes.
Next thing this White House Pinocchio will be pullin' the Constitutional rug out from under our feet; just you watch and see.
Now, I'm sure that some will read all that and take immediate exception to my analogies; there's no shortage of shallow folks in the world who are so ready to be offended that they readily miss the forest for the trees. I'm also certain that a few true Philosopher Kings will see the searing light of Truth, here, and -- out of that quiet courage born of principled conviction -- just say "Amen."
