Stimulus waste - so what?
It is a little like the waste at a slaughterhouse. It all has to be cleaned up, certainly no later than the end of the shift, or it shall surely attract all sorts of vermin.
But knowing the slovenly work habits of our Democrat legislators, they will leave the clean-up for the next shift.

1994 was his only close race since his initial election in 1969.
Wisconsin went huge for Obama but in 2004 and 2000 the district went for Gore and Kerry by only the thinnest of margins. It can certainly elect a Republican.
