HOLDER:...I think you had asked me earlier about the regulations that I thought might still exist, post-Heller. And I had mentioned, I think, closing the gun show loophole, the banning of cop-killer bullets and I also think that making the assault weapons ban permanent would be something that would be permitted under Heller, and I also think would be good for my law enforcement perspective.

These people are politically connected attorneys.
When it comes to fireqarms, they haven’t the slightest idea what they are talking about.
Write your congresscritters letters opposing Holder.
ALSO, write the Governor of New York State, THANKING HIM for naming a PRO-GUN CONSERVATIVE NRA-SUPPORTED DEMOCRAT to the Senate to replace Hillary Clinton. He’s getting flak from the Kennedys and the leftist anti-gunners in his own party over this appointment.

In other words, why is it unbelievable? To me, this is entirely to be expected, just like his queers and infanticide policies.
I still expected that the one small advantage of Obama over Hillary was that the worst of the Clintonistas would be allowed to remain in exile. I'm just amazed by this one in particular, and a bunch of others as well. (Bill Richardson - wasn't he a bumbling incompetent at Energy?). There are good and bad Republicans too. It would be like McCain having won and made Brownie head of the Interior Department.
Cop killer bullets mean any cartridge that can penetrate any vest according to Senator Swimmer.
Correct, outside of Waco. Holder was not part of that, his predecessor was, Jamie Gorelick. There's another real winner right there.
Reno had come real pieces of trash in that administration.
Eric Holder can kiss my ass !
That would also make a great flag (I’d buy a double-sided, 3-ft by 5-ft one in a heartbeat!).
Bump for later reading - nice link - thanks.
They are a figment of the imagination and invented by Hollywood special effects. And if Holder believes they do exist, it shows he is unfit to be the USA's chief LEO. Orrrrrr the sob knows full well that they don't exist and this is just his way to BAN all Rifle ammo.
(1) "cop-killer bullets" were originally classified by the BATF as Pistol Ammo that would penetrate a LEOs level IIA 'soft', bullet resistant vest.
What you have just pointed out is exactly the reason for the attacks on religion that we have been seeing for years.
Sinful nature vs spiritual nature
17 The sinful nature does not want what the Spirit delights in. And the Spirit does not want what the sinful nature delights in. The two are at war with each other. That's what makes you do what you don't want to do.
