PRESIDENT OBAMA TAKES ON RUSH LIMBAUGH IN NEW MEDIA WAR
WASHINGTON -- President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.
"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.
One White House official confirmed the comment but said he was simply trying to make a larger point about bipartisan efforts.
"There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats," the official said. "We shouldn't let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done."
That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

This is a developing situation, but it appears “free speech” is anything Pelosi/Reid/Obama say it is.
All the rest is “hate speech” and will not be tolerated.
It doesn’t matter. Greg Craig (Castro’s lawyer) is the de facto new American President. I mean, Obama and his press secretary both seem to defer to him for answers. I think he’s the one running the country now.

Silencing the critics... Totalitarians of all stripes follow the same meme..... Blatantly telling people that if they listen to a commentator that is critical to Obama that they will not be able to get anything done is extremely scary...
What would the left say if Bush had called out Keith Olberman or Dan Rather on their blatant critical commentaries and told the Democrats that they would not be getting any support if they continued to listen to them..
I think this requires special counsel and investigation into the Obama administration attempts at destroying the first ammendment.

I think that Rush knows his time is limited. I hope that he has a good bolt hole and bug out plan.

Obama seems obsessed with any conservative who has criticized him (Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh). If the 'Rats can find a way to silence them, they will. I wonder if Fox News' obsequiousness towards Obama of recent months has been out of fear.
The One is afraid of one man with a microphone. One man has spooked The One. Imagine what our nation’s enemies will do...The zero is smarter than you give him credit for. He's using Rush and his adgenda to draw a boundary between the "divisive" bad republicans that's he's going to crap on and the "good" republicans that are going to cave to him.
With his majorities in both houses and RINO "groin leeches"(I stole this term from another freeper) he'll be able to crush any dissent and ram his agenda through. It's a divide and conquer strategy.

I've been listening to Rush again...I quit for awhile , but he's top form right now, and if it's a skirmish Hussein is looking for...I'm sure Rush is just the man to give it to him.
I think it's going to be a long 4 years for Barry. At least we'll have some good laughs and a lot of popcorn along the way!
