He's using Rush and his adgenda to draw a boundary between the "divisive" bad republicans that's he's going to crap on and the "good" republicans that are going to cave to him.
With his majorities in both houses and RINO "groin leeches"(I stole this term from another freeper) he'll be able to crush any dissent and ram his agenda through. It's a divide and conquer strategy.
