"Due to the former problems with accuracy of information coming from Ed Hale's site and Plains Radio, we are in the process of checking this out. Until this has been checked out, we recommend our members sit tight for the present time. We should have an answer shortly. PRD

I found this post on restoretheconstitutionalrepublic.org.

I think it's very important that a federal employee immediately get in contact with Congressman Mike Ritze...time is of the essence. THIS IS URGENT!!!

Dr Mike Ritz,State Congressman from OK..and Patriot, called the Ed Hale Show tonight! I was on and listening...
he asked that any federal employee to please call Ed Hale or Caren at Plains (806.447.0270)..they will be put in contact with Congressman Mike Ritz! He would not give any info out except that this was urgent..that the executive order issued by President Bush..
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2009/01/20090116-1.html Friday Jan. 16th gave an opening to pin Obama with information they have but it can only be accessed by a federal employee and it needs to be accomplished by 11:59 am EST, on Tue. Jan. 20 because 5 min after taking office Obama will revoke it!
This is urgent..anyone that knows a federal employee that will help or is a federal employee willing to stop Obama..please call Ed or Caren at Plains Radio and they will put you in touch With Congressman Mike Ritz...806.447.0270!"
[End Quote]

Interesting, but unsubstantiated at this moment AFAI can tell. If there is a group or person out there than can get to the bottom of this...and quickly it is FR and those that frequent here.

Anyone??

The legal argument could be that this executive order requires more background research on Public trust positions than POTUS which is considered the highest elected position in the land.

MBI - Minimum Background Investigation (Typically reserved for Public Trust positions and/or when there is a break in federal service)

With the High security clearance for POTUS, some say Obama failed to pass, this could be a precedent if argued correctly.

If Obama has passed the security clearance then I would think the DNC would pass that information to the people. Instead they are silent and refuse to show their vetting documents in court.

I say it’s worth a shot. If it is real, then we will be eternally grateful. If it turns out to be nothing but fantasy, the issue fades away.

I would assume a federal employee would include someone in the military or does it have to be someone specific??
And my question. Why a federal employee? It is something about accessing a employee only website?
Or what gives?

Maybe it is a protection against Nazi Pelousey’s infering the prosecution of alleged war crimes by Bush and Cheney?

“However, I am really starting to doubt the credibility of Ed Hale.”

Isn’t that one of the M O’s of leftists propaganda is to attack the messinger and try to smear the messinger as a way of discrediting the messinger? Even when they may have very true and real information. How many times have we seen government operatives, or heard of government involvement in the suppression of information that may implicate high ranking officials?
People with that kind of info routinely have accidental deaths like car wrecks, drowning, suicide, etc. I know it may be easy to diss the message, but considering I have little faith in much of our elected government, I am taking the messinger seriously for now..

“With the High security clearance for POTUS, some say Obama failed to pass, this could be a precedent if argued correctly.”

If an elected official’s position requires they have access to classified material, they are already cleared because of their election to office. They DO NOT have to go through any clearance process like an ordinary citizen would.

I don’t agree with this, but that is just the way it is. I guess the thinking is that “the people” by electing someone grants them public trust and clearance.

Now the “unelected” members of their staff may be in for a different standard.

Ain’t that the truth.

"I included a link to the EO, and it says nothing about elected officials. It covers contractors and the excepted service only. A court will not invent language that is not there, and as conservatives we don't want them to."

They, courts, don't have to invent anything. "Positions of Public Trust" includes POTUS. You are arguing that the President in not in a position of public trust.

Must the E.O. explicitly state 'elected officials' in order for it to pertain to POTUS?

Your, apparently, saying yes.

"Public trust postions, as cited in the EO, ". . . involve policy making [Doesn't POTUS involve policy making?], major program responsibility, public safety[Isn't POTUS commander in chief?] and health, law enforcement duties, fiduciary responsibilities or other duties demanding a significant degree of public trust[Doesn't commander in chief demand a significant degree of public trust?], and positions involving access to or operation or control of financial records, with a significant risk for causing damage or realizing personal gain." 5 CFR Part 731"

What I do know is that I'm no lawyer, but Dr. Taitz is and she (and the plaintiffs) feel like they have 'something' there.

I am one of those that think’s PE Obama’s birth credentials are probably questionable and he may not be a “natural born citizen.” However, I am really starting to doubt the credibility of Ed Hale. After the big stunt about how the Divorce decree was going to blow the lid of Obama and how his BC was at a port of entry, I don’t take the man seriously anymore. It was another dead end after extreme drama and hype.

I'm with you. I am almost positive bo can't show his bc and that he is a liar and usurper. But Ed Hale is beginning to look just as bad. Then the INS thing which turned out to be bs. If you had a document from a POE would you announce it to the entire country until you had it in your hand? That is just ridiculous and not believable.

ping- if you’ve seen or not seen.
Sure wish my brain would come out of the newest somnambulation I’ve seem too have found.

Would like to know what this and the new Keyes/Taitz action is about.

I’ll give my email address to anyone who can send me a big zipped audio file with a nice voice describing what is going on here.

No fed employees listening to me anyways. I have relative who has worked for departed US Sen who I think is waiting for summer to say something to me. Very interesting what the mom to this person said once to me just before election. I could never contact directly. I’ve got a ‘reputation’ you see.

The Oklahoma representative who asked for a federal employee to call in just stated that noone has volunteered.
Sad.
