Despite being pressured by traditional family advocates to stop, Campbell's Soup Company, maker of Swanson's brand broth, has vowed to continue spending its advertising dollars in pro-homosexual publications.
As WND reported earlier, the American Family Association objected to a Swanson's broth magazine ad that depicts a lesbian couple and their son. The ad was placed in the December 2008 and January 2009 issues of The Advocate, a magazine that touts itself with the line, "For 40 years, setting the standard in LGBT journalism."
Campbell's Soup, however, has brushed off the AFA's complaint.
MediaDailyNews quoted a company spokesperson explaining, "Inclusion and diversity play an important role in our business, and that fact is reflected in our marketing plan."
According to a Campbell's representative, "Our plans for the Swanson brand include additional placements in The Advocate."

Those recipes sound good - much better than Campbell’s!
Making soup is the easiest type of cooking ever, and you benefit from not having to add all that salt. And, you can freeze soup if you don’t want to buy a canner.
All you need is those disposable freezer containers, or some freezer bags if space is at a premium.
Slow cookers are great for soup, too.
We like Pepperidge Farm Bread, but will be baking our own from now on. This nonsense needs to be stopped!
Mail from each and every one of us to the top level management will do the trick.
Thanks. As I remember they were quite good.
I’ve notcied that Hannity neevr goes after the homo agenda at all, I don’t know if it doesn’t care or he has been told not to say anything about it which if the latter is pathetic by him.
Being that he comes from NY I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a tpon of homo friends and hangs around with them.
I would love to ask him why he never goes after the homo’s and their agenda. Even O.R has gone after them more .
not heard Rush either much but then there is Coulter whon is great
Knudson’s makes an excellent (better than V-8) veggie juice, if you can find it. One market in our area carries it, but the other one doesn’t.
I want to learn to make my own too!
Don’t try to duplicate their soup.
Just google all the tomato soup recipes you can find on the internet, find one that looks easy, then keep making it, tweaking till you get it just right for you.
You see, your taste buds will change, and grow to prefer your own soup to canned Campbell’s.
I suspect what they add to their soup is a lot of sugar and msg, neither of which is very good for you.
Thanks! I would rather make soup anyway. It is a good way to use leftovers & is great in cold weather.
for those of you who live in rural snowbelt areas, like we do, and are elderly, or just don’t want to be bothered with chopping all those veggies to make soup, check out this company.
I highly recommend them. I keep their veggies in my cupboard all the time, and soup is fast and easy to make. Also, if you have picky kids, you can hide so many of these finely chopped veggies in their soup, and they will never notice!
The dehydrated beans are excellent in soup, and only take about 20 minutes of cooking to be tender!

IMO that unwillingness is the source of the majority of humanity's problems. There is a natural tendency for human beings to try and place the blame for things anywhere but on themselves. In most people it's an unconscious habit that we try to correct when it comes to our awareness.
Liberals however have developed that tendency into an intentional act as a primary means of accomplishing their goals. Displacing responsibility is a fundamental feature of socialist and communist ideologies. Karl Marx developed his communist theory on a principle of denying personal responsibility for actions.
It is the antithesis of the principles our Founding Fathers relied on to craft the framework of our government. Self reliance requires personal responsibility. Communism and socialism require transferring responsibility to the government.
Except that cops do do that. My sister was keeping up with very heavy traffic while we were out of state on vacation and he picked HER to give the ticket to.
Out of the hundreds of cars going by him that had license plates from his own state, he could have picked one of them.
Do you read “The Advocate”?
Don’t know how? Just learned to post pictures, dont do that well.
Been cooking and writing recipes professionally for 30 plus years though.
You start one and I’ll support it
Thank you as well.
OK.
I’m willing to start a soup recipe thread. Could any of you ladies give me some advice? I’ve never posted anything other than articles. Does it get posted as a vanity? I presume it would go in Chat.
“I would love to ask him why he never goes after the homos and their agenda. Even O.R has gone after them more .

I don’t listen to him much at all now, but years ago, I heard Rush make a comment that he had a reason for thinking differently on the gay issue (In context, he meant that he was more tolerant of gays than some conservatives.) Rush tends to get agitated only when the courts order something gay-related that he feels isn’t supported by that state constitution’s text or when someone pushes a silly rule that all bathrooms must be unisex or something like that. My guess is that both he and Hannity have close gay friends.
Yep. Put it in ‘Chat.’ Title it whatever you want, and put (Vanity) at the end of the title. ‘Boycott Campbell’s. Make Your Own Heterosexual Soup,’ LOL!
I’m in. I make soup all the time. I have some delicious recipes. :)
Love the title. I’ll use it if you don’t mind (although I’m sure I’ll hear from some wet blanket about it)
Post it to “chat” or “bloggers” and just ignore the source URL and type in Free Republic as the article source.
YouTube on how to make tomato soup. (High end, but I can see where you could easily cut some calories out of it.)
