President-elect Obama stopped by the Marine Corps base in Hawaii Kaneche Bay where servicemen and -women were eating Christmas dinner in Kailua Thursday evening.

"Just wanted to say hi, hey guys," Obama said as he walked into the Anderson dining hall which was decked out in Christmas decorations.

The diners represented seven military units—Marine and Navy—some of whom were joined by their families for Christmas dinner.

As Obama entered the room, it was absent of the regular fanfare of cheering and clapping. The diners were polite, staying seated at their respective tables and waited for the president-elect to come to them to stand up.

I was just about to ask you what you thought of the “Civilian Security Force”.

Could Obama be thinking of using these to get around the Posse Comitatus provisions? He said, I think he wanted it to be as big and as well equipped as our present military.

Probably would take care of a lot of unemployment, I guess. But, might make some of us flee the Republic.

Just another phoney photo-op. His entire term as POTUS will be the largest act of phoney scenes the world has ever seen.

The patriots in the armed forces of the United States Swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, from all enemies both foreign and domestic.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

After closely examining Obama for over two years, especially his conduct in Kenya in 2006 and 2007, I am convinced that Obama is an" enemy foreign and domestic." He does not qualify as a person who has the capacity to be president under Article II section 1 of the constitution.A foreign enemy president, disloyal to America and its people, is being foisted on us by corrupt political parties that have destroyed our economy in order to line their own pockets, and promote affirmative action mortgages for those who cannot afford them, earning votes in return for lucre. That coupe has already happened, and we sit like bumps on logs?

We have no alternative but to fight Obama in civil disobedience. If the military joined in, all the better and faster it would be.

Our nation is being run by idiots who are ideologues, all hat and no cattle. They need turning out.

We still must wait for the constitutional process to play out. There are at least two checks that must be done before the Vigilance Committee can turn the rascal out.

Everyone assumes that the Electors followed their state and party rules to vote for the Kenyan. but, up until the senate opens the ballots and Tally's the results, he is not the president elect. In fact, if he actually did resign from the senate, he is unemployed.

The other issue is the case pending before the supreme court. They have the duty to examine his credentials and the process that was used by the electoral college to certify his citizenship. If either of these issues have been ignored, then all bets are off and we will see how far he gets.

I’d sooner see the devil at my Christmas dinner.

If he had come to your Christmas dinner, you would have.

Somehow I don't think he can ever earn their respect. He started off as a zero and most likely will end as a zero.

I agree. I am all for civil disobedience. I hope someone/s come up with some concrete ideas. I think a million or more people refusing to pay income taxes would be a good start, not that I want to foment illegal activity on FR...

It would have to be federal related not state related to have any impact, imo.

If anyone wanted to plan a million plus march on DC and do some civil disobedience I’d be willing to drive 3000 miles. As hateful as traveling is to me.

The media is laying the ground work for the soon to come casting of the American Military as evil and racist - something that should be downgraded and replaced by a CIVILIAN DEFENSE FORCE aja BROWN SHIRTS.

In my experience most troops were apolitical.

That was probably back when politicians actually paid at the very least lip service to giving a damn about the troops.

this is getting depressing...won’t be many “re-ups”...the CIA has lost so many good people cause they are afraid they will get tried for “ panty torture”.

And the conservative movement will resurge!
