Wow, the SCOTUS saw The 9/11 Truther Berg’s case to be so important that they scheduled their conference ten days after the Vice President certifies the election and four days before Chief Justice Roberts delivers the oath of office to Obama.
BTW-How is Berg doing in his attempt to prosecute George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks?
Maybe he could go into business with Larry Klayman and Judicial Watch.
Clearly this turn of events is further proof that berg’s case has no merit.

Repeat.
Once Congress counts the electoral votes its basically over. Its the job of the Congress to vet the president when the votes are tallied, after that he is considered qualified. SC will toss this out along with Bergs 9/11 Truther lawsuit. Generally speaking, if your case is not even heard in any of the lower courts, its kind of stupid to keep appealing the case to SC.
So would Joe ‘plugs’ Biden then be sworn in as Prez?

As for me, when a person states that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were responsible for the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks, they lose all credibility.

YES, I want to “associate with” him.
Every case filed with the Supreme Court is scheduled for a confrence. It doesn't mean the Justices actually discuss it-- before each conference, each Justice prepares a memo listing the cases he or thinks are worth discussing. Unless at least one Justice puts the case on their list, it is not discussed at all, and a memo issues the following Monday saying that certioarari is denied.

I cannot speak for the others but for me the problem is that indeed some people have become too big to question.
When McCain's birth became an issue he produced his full birth certificate within days -- Obama IMO is saying to the Constitution and a large number of Americans, F you!
