As for me, when a person states that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were responsible for the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks, they lose all credibility.
Every case filed with the Supreme Court is scheduled for a confrence. It doesn't mean the Justices actually discuss it-- before each conference, each Justice prepares a memo listing the cases he or thinks are worth discussing. Unless at least one Justice puts the case on their list, it is not discussed at all, and a memo issues the following Monday saying that certioarari is denied.
