I'm not sure which gravy train would be the best on which to ride. Seriously, how can we all get a gig like this? Who actually gets picked to go? Who pays for it? (I assume chump taxpayes get to pay the way of the fortunate who get to go.

Who gets paid to think up this kind of drivel? Do such people get paid six figures? Seven?

Where can I apply for such a job? I bet I can think of idiotic things to waste time and money. Why would countries pull out as long as they have chump taxpayers? Just send participants who are REALLY lucky and have them skip the sessions. Tell them to see the sights and take lots of pictures.
