According to his official Texas Railroad Commission biography, Michael Williams is a member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Arlington, TX:

I really like Michael Williams!
I remember his speech at the Convention. He has always been one of my favorites.
If I didn’t know better from your post, I would have thought that ZERO won Texas instead of losing by 12% and that Cornyn would have lost or had a close race and he also won by 12%.
How do you come up with Dem momentum in TX? Your post doesn’t track with facts.
She is running but it looks like she wants to quite the Senate before then.
I’ve heard of her. I forget if she is any good.
Excellent!
About time we had a Conservative in that seat!
Two railroad commissioners will be running, for Elizabeth Ames Jones is also in the race. And the Democrat former Comptroller Sharp is running.
No primaries for this special election. All regardless of party run on the same ballot, and the two top votegetter met. Could it be White and Sharp? Possibly? Tbey can be of the same party in the special election runoff.
Black RINO White RINO.
What’s the difference?
Cue X-files music.
I’ll clarify...
I meant overall democrat party momentum around the country...
Texas certainly didn’t go the way of the dodo too much...Sorry if I wasn’t clear on that...
Maybe so...The Republican party leadership has certainly left a lot to be desired in who they hitch their wagon to lately...
Leaving conservative grassroots folks with an uphill battle to have to accept moderates and RINO’s to vote for because once again the alternative was worse...
Williams is no RINO.
sounds good to me

Pingin' some Texans and a few others here as well. :)
Maybe a good replacement for KBH !?!?!
Well, I’ll support him in whatever he decides, though I think he’d make a much finer Governor. Perry has overstayed his welcome and Kay is just plain wrong.
He spoke at the 2000 convention in Houston, too. I have no problem supporting him.
