Update: Awesome. Let’s just drag this out as long as possible. Either we get the spectacle of the Illinois legislature impeaching him or we get the spectacle of Blago appointing The One’s successor while in jail. And based on the charges, he’s just stupid/nutty enough to do it.
“He didn’t do anything wrong,” attorney Sheldon Sorosky told reporters after Blagojevich was arraigned. “A lot of this is just politics.” Blagojevich should be in the office Wednesday, Sorosky added.

Yeah, I know that. However inept and stupid Biden IS, he’s not as dangerous or calculating as The Messiah is. IF IT HAPPENS, and The One is damaeged by this and somehow Biden does become POTUS, the upside of this will be that the dims will not see the Oval Office for a long, long time. Biden will screw things up SO BAD that even the dims won’t recover from this mess.

It is obvious in the phone tap transcripts (it is outright said, that Obama's people (office) were communicating.
I think Tony Rezko is in this somewhere and I just bet OB is about to mess his pants. What if Rezko gave up some tid bits to get a lighter sentence. This is just the tip of the iceberg and it will be the survival of the fitest, lots of people will be going down in this one.

Anyone shocked by the level or scope of corruption in Chicago or Illinois - is naive....or in denial.
I’m nearly 70, and Chicago/Crime/Corruption have been the sister “C’s” from my earliest recollections...
Oh, did I mention that is was CHICAGO that Obama CHOSE to make home and to make HIS entry into “politics”?
He had NO family connections at all to the area — but he KNEW it was fertile ground for the planting one’s seeds of political ambition....
Also note - Obama made not ONE COMMENT during his entire political life in Chicago about “change”,”hope” or cleaning up the greedy politicians....
